The Peninsula is a fabulous hotel located perfectly. Their boats for crossing the river are very convenient. Access to IconSiam very close. Breakfast buffet is the best. Restaurants and pool top notch. Wonderful stay

The front desk check in was very smooth and friendly, Kimi was one of the best. Housekeeping was nice, and room was well serviced. Thai and Chinese restaurants were great, nice food and good service.

I stayed here for three nights, and it gave me a very good memory of Bangkok. They were always kind enough to greet me, and when I needed help, they were always around. Ofc always clean, comfortable. Thank you for all your kindness. If I visit Bangkok again, it will be because of the Peninsula Hotel. Nothing better. This hotel still the best of BK. Make sure to enjoy half a day in the pool of this hotel! It's worth it. I will miss this hotel and their warm smile. I wish you all happy Thanks See U

Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel! Stayed with my family including 3 x boys aged 12-16 years. Fabulous location right on the river with the luxury of a private boat to ferry across the river and to central pier to get ferries or to IconSiam the huge top end shopping centre nearby. Fantastic facilities, the pool is amazing. Had a great family suite with The Best Views! Didn't want to leave. Wish we'd known that breakfast was included though. Thank you so much!

We had the most amazing time in a room with a view out of nearly every wall, including the guest bathroom! State of the art luxuries included tv in bath, automatic dimmers, curtain closure. We ate in our room to enjoy the nighttime views of the river! living room was more comfy than ours at home. We had a difficult time leaving this hotel with

This is a fantastic hotel. It is very close to a huge shopping mall, Icon Siam. You can also take a short boat ride to the Wat Arun, Wat Pho, and the Emerald Buddha temple. It is right on the Chao Phraya River and you can see the mesmerizing Sunset right from your hotel room!

Fabulous location, quiet as back from road, and facing river, staff are warm and helpful to a fault, nothing is too much trouble, the service is discreet and not fussy, Room well equipped with everything you might possibly need, only had to ask for a kettle and it was there in moments. Breakfast is lovely, a huge choice.

I have stayed at properties owned/operated by Fairmont, The Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Regent, all of which I love. This was my first time staying at a Peninsula property and, to be blunt, it was a phenomenal experience which I did not want to end. Not only was the property beautiful and serene, but the service was impeccable, provided by smiling, caring, happy staff who were fully focused on pleasing you, the guest. Additionally, a significant number of the staff has been there for many years; some almost three decades. That tells you that they like working for the hotel, and that the hotel takes good care of their people. All this makes for an unbelievable combination of excellence and seamless service, with a smile. This hotel surpasses all!!
