Check in was easy. Our room was nice McDonald's right out the front door, subway across the street. Beds were comfortable room was nice and clean. Breakfastcwas good. On the down side the ac unit is really loud hard to sleep.

Our stay was ok, but only because of the service by the front desk staff who seemed to be working very hard to overcome terrible management. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty, the furniture a mixture of broken and new. The bed was clean, but the bedding was stained. Nothing looked like the pictures on the website. Half of the light bulbs did not work, the carpet in our room was not vacuumed and was heavily stained. There was a mirror coming out of its broken frame and mold in the corner by the air duct. We did complain about our room but the only room we could be moved to smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and it also had mold in the corner by the air duct. I took pictures and showed three different sets of desk clerks; I was told that maintenance would handle it but could not come until Monday; which would be a day after we check out. The parking lot has a security guard on duty overnight outside watching the cars (which I believe may be due to what appeared to be a homeless encampment close by); but overall, we felt safe while staying. There is a McDonalds and a Sheetz directly next door. If I had known the state of the room in advance I would have chosen a different hotel.

It was a great stay, the staff was very friendly.

The room seemed like it was never cleaned. My sheets were used and dirty. No linen was provided.

They couldnt give us a key card,.machine was not working and the carpet was dirty. She said they were short staffed and towels were being cleaned.

The bathroom was dirty. Had to go to the desk twice to retrieve towels, toilet paper and soap. There were other guests smoking pot at the entrance to the hotel. The parking lot was not clean. Didn't really feel safe leaving our car in the parking lot. There were people around that we did not believe were hotel guests driving in and out of the parking lot every time we went to our car. The staff we encountered were nice and helpful.

We checked in on a Friday carpet was very dirty throughout the hotel. Staff was nonexistent at the front desk. Went to use the pool on Saturday morning. There was one chair in there and one table pool was dirty. Had toys left in it outside of the pool had debris from a party a night before. They had no towels in the pool area. When we went to ask for towels they did not have any at 11:30am. It was my wife and kids in the room, and they only had one set of towels in the room. The lady at the front desk said that they were all in the dryer smh. What made us leave early? Was we found a pair of dirty socks in our room that was not none of ours I will be contacting general manager about getting some sort of a refund or at least some money back from our stay. This hotel should be closed down and all the staff be fired.

There were stains everywhere on the carpit's and couch. The bed headed really noisy bag wrapped around underneath the sheets. I get it to try to prevent from stains or maybe bugs but there are ones that don't sound like you're rolling on tarp or tinfoil. Is the complimentary shampoosAnd soaps were all are used in half empty. We weren't given new ones. The shower tub was not as described or booked in the pictures, And it wouldn't drain even though it was not plugged

I booked through Expedia. The front desk, pink haired lady was immediately hostile towards me and said nothing was available. I stared at her in disbelief. She shrugged and handed me the keys to my room. We literally came back because it was wonderful a year ago. Horrible trash now and I feel ripped off.

This property failed to not only provide housekeeping for a week long period of time Sunday to Friday but also left me with a clogged toilet for two days. Then on Saturday they came and took all the sheets and pillows off my bed and never gave me clean ones in return. Didn’t clean or wipe down anything just took my sheets and towels Front desk only gave a sheet to sleep with and one pillow, it was a cold night

Scary motel vibes

The coffee maker in my room was missing the basket to put the coffee grounds in to make coffee. I went to the front desk and explained the issue. The clerk promised to either provide the basket or exchanged the coffee maker, neither one happened. I had to check out early the next morning so I was not able to go to the breakfast or get any coffee to start my day. Very bad service.

Nice place to stay with super-friendly staff. I loved the shopping options for food and drink close by.

Our room had a lotion & hair conditioner. It had no shampoo or soap. I had to ask a maid for one & she. Said she didn’t have any & there was none in the storage closet. She did eventually find a bar after rummaging around in her cart. Our non-smoking room noticeably smelled of smoke. Astounding amount of carpet stains in our room & public areas. Police visited a room just 4 down from us! The breakfast was weak, waffles, 2 cereals, dry bagels & biscuits/“gravy.” There was no fruit or yogurt. You had to ask for milk & anything besides coffee. They kept it in the back. DO NOT STAY HERE! It wasn’t remotely worth the $156.13 we paid!

I didn’t get room i reserved due to many unclean rooms. Housekeeping left without cleaning all empty rooms. This is an ongoing issue with them.

as soon as i got there they told me there were no more rooms available even for my reservation after me and my husband drove 3 hours

We could not stay in this dirty hotel room. Now I need help cancelling and getting my money back.

This hotel stay was a weird one, our room was clean but they advised us AFTER we checked in that they only clean the rooms every 3 days. We asked for extra towels they said, they didn't have any. THe pool was closed. We asked for trash bags since they didn't clean our rooms every day they didn't have any, we had to buy our own. The people at the front desk were arguing who was better at the job then the other one. Just really unprofessional.

Floors and walls were dirty and bathtub was disgusting.

We did not stay hotel was filthy and they gave us a refund. Min smoking room smelled of smoke, also large piles of dirt on the floor

The stay was condusive to a 4 star Inn. It would be better with an elevator, but it was still nice.

We only needed this hotel as a pit stop to crash in for the night on a road trip but would not recommend for an extended stay. Free breakfast had no food, when we asked if they could bring some food out for the breakfast we were just stared at and nothing was brought out. We ended up checking out earlier than planned to go find breakfast somewhere else.

Room was spacious, however could use a few updates more so towards the shower floor and carpet. It was pretty quite stay in the morning you could hear the trucks pulling out or up for delivery’s.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to check in and out. We were unsure pulling in looking at it. Of course didn't look as nice and cozy as pictures and the price was cheaper than other hotels. The room we were in was super dirty/stained. The floors had stains all over them, side of the bed was either dirty or stained. Shower curtain was either dirty or stained. There was also crums in corners on the rooms the smoke detector was hanging down over the bed. Dust on the shelves and you could see where people sat items on the shelves in the bathroom. The pull out sofa bed was stained. There was very little towels in the bathroom. It could be worse but I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed on the third floor which was quiet. However, the carpet is old and needs to be replaced with flooring. Carpet is not able to be cleaned very well.

It was an okay stay. Could have been better if a few things were taken care of. The bath towels were not great and pretty small. The TV in the room could have been upgraded. The breakfast was not great. There was no milk and the waffle maker didn’t work well.

Bar soap, shower gel, toilet paper and towels were very hard to acquire. Hair dryer didn’t work. No TV remote in the room. Keycard for entry kept failing. (I'm very aware that you don't put it near your phone) One room was not clean when we arrived. (Hairs on the toilet seat). Most employees were genuinely kind, and the things (other than cleanliness) that were wrong, were out of their control.

You can ask for a Manager but everyone is told to lie and tell you different times when he will be in and he is actually there. NO AIR CONDITIONING AND WE DIDNT GET ANY TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHES THE FIRST NIGHT AT ALL!!
