This hotel was the worst decision of my 3 week European vacation. This hotels focus is large convention and group business. If you think you are getting a romantic or intimate hotel for a couple, you are completely wrong. Stay somewhere else. We also encountered many service issues. The hotel does not listed to feedback or want to help you with issues. I was highly allergic to the perfume they use in all of their products. I tried to get help through the app, the front desk and the room maid and this was never resolved. I had to go to a store to buy unscented soap and the night before departure the maid threw it away during turn down because the bar was getting small. She replaced it with the smelly bar I was allergic to. I called the help line from the room 7 diffierent times and the phone was only answered once. We tried to use the spa and we were turned away because it was too busy. The tub converted to a shower was probably a great tub but a horrible shower. My feel would not fit in the narrow width under the shower head. The end of the tub was open for cold air to flow in and water to splash out. There was pink mold embedded in the grout due to age and care. Also, if you have mobility issues getting into and out of the shower would be dangerous. I have great mobility and it was a challenge. The breakfast had a lot of options but nothing was great. Only 1 person making omelets for a 300 person restaurant. Drinks at the pool bar were awful.

Central location in Lisbon made this the perfect place to stay and with a rooftop bar and infinity pool with great views not more you could ask for

Fantastic staff, second stay this month as we were on a tour earlier. Nice rooms, this visit had a deluxe suite, unfortunately it is behind the elevator. Not much noise but there was some. All in all, great staff and location, our suite on 10th floor had fantastic view as well as the view from pool.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The staff were so kind and attentive. Being from the US and coming to Portugal was a game changer. However, my sister snd I felt EXTREMELY safe and secured. I will be staying her again. P.S— thank you so much for the champagne. I absolutely enjoyed my birthday as well as the spa that my sister booked.

My spouse and I were in Lisbon for a couple of days and staying at this hotel EPIC! We've traveled and stayed in countless hotels - this is the best hotel we've stayed yet. From the front desk to the top of the hotel, everything was superb. The service throughout our stay was simply amazing. I will stay at this hotel again without hesitation. Thank you Epic and staff for a wonderful stay.

Had a great 7 night stay here in July. Staff everywhere are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is brilliant, loads of options hot and cold. You can also ask for takeaway cups and boxes of you want to keep a few snacks for later as well. Rooftop pool/bar is a great space, can get busy but we always got beds/chairs close together. Easy 20 min downhill stroll to get to the main city centre, multiple restaurants closer than that. Thanks all for a great stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. We found the staff efficient and helpful. The only issue was that the air conditioning was not that cold. The room was fantastic otherwise.

Great hotel, 5star service and accomodation all around. Location is 10 mins away from most Lisbon tourist spots and very easy to get to. We would stay again, very family friendly.

It was a very convenient location away from the narrow streets of downtown and in the middle of everything. It was a very nice facility with friendly employees. The rooftop bar was very nice too.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Very nice og clean rooms. Very friendly and serviceminded staff and an amazing breakfast buffet. If we ever go back to Lisbon again, we will for sure stay here again
