Absolutely fantastic. We could not asked for a better welcome. Carrie R. welcomed us and went above and beyond expectations. She got a trolly for us and helped us load it and push it to our room. I was using a walker. The added help was great. She found us a great room near the elevator. I'm so thrilled. Nick T. Helped us at breakfast. He carried my coffee and apple juice to the table. I forgot a napkin and he got that as well. He was so kind and willing to help. Such a fine gentleman. As we were leaving my roommate asked for 2 bananas. It was not on the buffet. He went into the kitchen and handed her the fruit. Above and beyond expectations This morning after breakfast I went to reregister for the remaining week until the 21. Our room was perfect so we decided to stay here in this room 532. Tierra helped make The check in so smooth She also notified us by phone to let me know our rental scooters arrived. Later in the day I called to ask if the front desk could help me register our car and I provided the information and she helped with the computer set up. We are so grateful for the service being fantastic! Also Bev and I went off the property tonight to go out for dinner and we ran into Nick at the restaurant front door. He recognized Bev n I and said, “ Hi! “ He had a big smile on his face. I said, “ Hi Nick!” It was great to be remembered and see a friendly face in town …even if we just met this morning. Thank you Willie Bev

Welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful. Gentleman checking breakfast tickets was very helpful, instructing where to go in the line.

My stay was amazing. King size bed was not available as requested, but the double queen was okay for my husband and I. Haven’t slept all night in a hotel as far as I can remember. Maybe because of the layout, I felt safe. Oh and the cleanliness was excellent along with the complimentary breakfast. My husband and I will definitely be staying again every time we attend an event in Hampton, VA.

I had to ask 3 times for the room to be cleaned. When we checked in, one of the clerks was explaining to those she helped everything, like breakfast, parking,etc. The man who checked us in told us nothing. Just gave me the room keys and said all set. I had ask basic questions, and still found out later he didn't explain everything.This was our first time staying at Embassy Suites

I would recommend to friends and family to stay. Very enjoyable and friendly.

Our stay was great. It was quiet, clean and inviting. However, charge $10 per day for parking was a surprise. (This was not a garage parking). I would rather have listed as a hotel fee and given a parking pass, especially if you are trying to keep the convention center customers from parking there

Hampton - Upon our arrival to room 208 what appeared to be coffee grounds were in the hallway sink. This means that the room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival and this gave me a grossed out feeling. Many appliances such as water & juice machines were not in working order. The breakfast cooks did not give a warm and inviting atmosphere. I noticed a snippy attitude to other guests when ordering omelets. When my husband and I placed a omelette order the same negative attitude occurred. My husband asked for a separate order of turkey sausage because it was only available at the omelette stand. In addition he asked for a separate order of the #3 Chicken Fajita omelette. We watched the cook make it and the cook gave my husband a hard time when he overlooked him and said he didn’t order the#3 omelette. The juice machine was down & we waited for juice. The coffee machine was down then was fixed later. The grits was cold. They ran out of stainless steel utensils. The atmosphere was chaotic at 8:30am and the atmosphere was not a happy one to start the day. It was not a great morning experience in comparison to other stays at Hiltons Embassy suites.

Clean, beautiful decor, good layout of bedroom separate from lounging area, and the free breakfast is better than some restaurants!! Only negative is paid parking.

I didn’t like that I requested a handicap room and got a hearing impaired room instead, one on the opposite side of the hotel from our room. Not only that but I requested a king size bed suite. Maybe it was a king size suite but the bed was either a double or a queen size, but it was no king bed. I have a king bed at home and I know for sure it was no king. The shower which I requested to be handicap accessible was a deep tub. The sides were so high my husband had to lift my legs over the side to get me in the shower!! How embarrassing! The sofa in the suite was a loveseat and hardly big enough for us both to sit down on together unless you took out the side pillow cushions. The bed, not only being too small was also hard as a rock. I’m missing the last disc in my spine, and have an extruded disc in my lower neck. It was a nightmare of a night, barely slept at all cause the bed hurt my back. Getting any service from the front desk was a big NO! They only had 2 ladies working it and all they cared about was checking in some convention people staying there. I checked out early. I even called them to say I was leaving early. I got like no reply, cause they hung up on me. My husband went downstairs to get a luggage carrier and they jump on him about not having his room key with them to show them so he could use the luggage carrier. They told him we owed them $8.00 more money cause the rate had gone up!! We booked thru you so you can handle that. Never again!!!

Both rooms that I reserved for my family’s stay were dirty. The pillows had mildew on them. Paying for parking was not welcomed.

Overall good experience. Thought a little pricey for the amenities. Enjoyed the suite-like room rather than a regular hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay. I can definitely see us returning. I loved the central area and it reminded me of some of the cruise ships we have been on.

It was terrible. Was up all night with kids in the room next door making noise all night. Called the front desk and nothing was done. Breakfast was terrible the cook was using dirty utensils and had cracked egg shells all over the grill while trying to cook. Rediculous never seen anything like it. I asked the hotel for a refund but they said I needed to get the refund from the 3rd party that I booked with.!

We were never provided a shower curtain during our stay, the crib (a pack n play) didnt come with blankets or sheets, while there was a convention happening the convention goers were pretty quiet but everyone else was constantly loud.

The first time every I had terrible experience, I was put out my room over a lie and the staff lied as well to the point I caused a scene, then they wouldn’t provide me a refund

My stay was great. I don't understand the parking fee but everything else was great Very clean and comfortable.

Check in was easy and fast. The fact that you needed a key card to operate the elevator gave a sense of security. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The $7 per bottle of water was ridiculous but everything else was good.

Great all around

The reviews, photos, and price are all very misleading for this hotel. This hotel was so dirty, every corner we turned. Flies were everywhere and the room smelled like dirty feet. It was disgusting honestly. And on top of all that they sneak in an extra parking fee once you’re all checked in with no warning or mention of it before booking. Highly do not recommend.

Great stay!!!

Our stay was great. We were very hungry Saturday night and decided to eat at the hotel. The food was taking very long and two of us had our food and we waited on the last plate. When I asked for salt, it never came. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, but the food was not that good and service in the lobby was great just not the restaurant.

Would definitely stay here again. Nice accommodations.
