We have been staying at the 2 bedroom appartment room. It was a really nice place with all the facilities needed (baby crib, microwave, cooking, washing clotes, etc). The staff was very friendly and helpful, wonderful with our kid as well. The kid room was loved by our little one too. The staff made an extra effort to allow us early check in as soon as it was possible. Restaurant had great breakfast buffet and lunch/ dinner options. The reason why I am not giving the full star review is that the 5 floors under us were being renovated at the time and there was a lot of noise daily and fresh paint chemical smell in our room. We wish we knew about this before booking. It would have likely inflenced our booking choice. To conclude it all, there are positives: the accommodation, staff and the location were great. If not being intensely reconsructed, then a perfect place in Bangkok for a family base 🌞

The location, price and facilities were all good, but unfortunately, we were unable to use the facilities due to remodeling work and there was no prior notice of the renovations.

Everything is very good, personal fantastic in reception and at breakfast. Super Tuk Tuk service to/from mainroad. I have now over 3 periods been here for 2 month and I will come back. Rooms good facilities and spacy with balcon.

Our room was very clean, the staff was kind and attentive. The downfall was the room was a little bit older than the pictures showed. The pool and gym were closed so that took away from our stay. Doesn’t seem like we should have paid full price.

The buffet breakfasts is over the top!

The room was spacious and clean, with in-room safe, fridge, TV and a mini kitchen which consisted of a microwave oven, basic crockery and cuttlery, and a sink for washing-up. The hotel itself is conveniently located. It is a short 10 minute walk to the BTS and Metro stations, and shopping malls like Terminal 21.We used the overhead covered walkway which was great on rainy days. The hotel provided a Tuk-Tuk which came every 5-10 minutes. We probably came during an off peak period as there was no queue. In the evenings we preferred to walk back to the hotel which was as quick. We did not have or need a car. We relied on the local Metro and BTS services instead or hotel pickup for our tours. We used a taxi to get to and from the airport which was more convenient. We did not experience any renovation noise as reported by earlier reviews and we were able to use the pool, albeit a small one. It was great for cooling off. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. A suggestion I have for environmental sustainability and eco friendliness is to provide a recycling bin as well as a non recycling bin in each room. Or a bin for recycling plastic bottles only placed in a central area. (I am assuming Thailand has a re-cycling programme, in particular for plastic drink bottles). I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is under renovation, causes construction noise. The old wing's swimming pool is quite dirty. The water quality is unreasonable. Hope it would improve when renovation is done. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Hotel.com questionnaire website is not user friendly, ask for photos, but cannot add.

I have been patronizing the sauna for many years. It is a pity that the sauna has just been repaired this time. Parking on the first floor is very convenient. The breakfast is inferior. I will not buy breakfast next time. Overall it is very good. I will patronize it next time I come to Thailand.

This is an awesome hotel at the end of soi10. Terminal 21 and Nana BRS stations are close. I will go again when visitin Bangkok

It was a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff were extremely focussed on helping customers. Had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Under construction, constant drilling, hammering, sawing, from as early as 8:30 to 6:30 pm. Times change frequently. There is netting in the atrium and there is tarps in the atrium. The gym is closed and in a meeting room. When at the pool to relax there is drilling and sawing, no relaxing. There is a high-rise new build under construction right next door. Drilling all day inside and out. The floor in our room was vibrating. Go somewhere else.

Pretty reasonable for the service

Its restaurant and staff members were so nice and friendly. The room I stayed was no bad, though, it was not as great as I had expected. For example, a hairdryer was too old to use it, the TV in my room didn't work and other amenities should be improved if possible.

The area is really good for travellers as it is easy to go around bangkok. The staffs are really nice ans welcoming. The food options at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

The building is somewhat old, but that is not a problem as long as the building is well built and maintained properly. It is located a little further back in the soi, so it is very quiet, convenient and easy to spend time. I like this serviced apartment so much that I have stayed there every time I visit BKK for more than 10 years.

Fantastic hotel overall, great service and rooms. Only downside is the walk up and down the long alley. They do provide a tuk tuk shuttle every 10 minutes but more often then not it is full as it only holds 6 people. Great family hotel overall.
