I was here for nekocon! The staff was great very nice and very welcoming, even had a little gift bag for us 10/10 will be back next year.

It started off promising; price was good and the front desk reps were friendly. The room had a bit of a weird cut to it, I didn't really care for that bit we adapted.
The AC Unit did not work. No matter how low we adjusted the thermostat, the temperature wouldn't go lower than the upper 70s, which is hot!! This made sleeping a challenge and was very uncomfortable; it is the main reason for the poor rating. We reported the issue at the front desk and was told they would have it looked at while we were out for the day, we took comfort in that promise. There was no follow-up, even after asking about it a second time.
That really made our stay awful. The only silver lining was the provided Breakfast every morning. This was a great, useful service.
I'll have to see if we would try this place out a second time, it could have just been a bad weekend.

We were only here one night and it was a good location for us. The suite was ample and clean. It was everything we needed for our stay.

The furniture was stained and torn, the carpet was damp and sticky, the vents had years of build up, and the bed was damp. Staff was also very rude when this was brought to their attention.

The hotel is convenient and we have stayed at it for years! This year was different the pool was closed (no one shared this with us until after we checked in) The property is getting quite run down. Just not the same as it used to br

The facility had advertised that their pool will be open on June 30th, we stayed there July 5-7 and was told that their pool is still under construction, that has been a year of construction! I choose this hotel because they advertised that there is a pool! Very misleading information, they need to update their advertising and we should get compensated for not being able to use the facility that was advertised.
They had 3 washer but only one is operational! We needed to use the laundry because we were there for a sport tournament so we needed to laundry the kids uniform. With the hotel rooms sold out for a tournament weekend, they need to be better prepared for the demands of their guests!
I would never recommend this facility to anyone!

This was the most disappointing hotel stay for our family. The pictures on the website and the reality of the conditions of the hotel do not match up at all. There was a huge crack on the window running down the entire length of the window. There was a huge chunk missing from one of the dresser drawers. The shower curtain rod was broken. Needles to say we asked to change rooms shortly after checking in. The second room was hardly an upgrade from the first room. The pool was closed until further notice for our entire stay, which was a huge disappointment for our kids.

Room was clean and roomy. WiFi didn't work. Bed was too soft. Bathtub did not have antislip surface. Front desk was friendly and personable. Room had microwave, fridge and room to work. A usable desk, coffee table(s), clothes closet.

The room size was perfect especially for an active 1yr old to roam back and forth. The breakfast had a nice variety but not to our liking. The downfall was the pool and jacuzzi was CLOSED! That was a major disappointment for us because that was the reason why I choose that hotel.

Stephanie and her team were all amazing! On a previous trip months before I stayed at the Hilton right across from them and had a polar opposite experience. I definitely will be coming back to this hotel!!!!!

Our room had no soundproofing. We could clearly hear the conversation from the people in the next room. In fact, we actually could hear them going to the bathroom. The furniture was in poor condition, looked very old and stained. The TV was difficult to watch due to its location facing a wall between the bed and the sitting area. The bathroom was a handicap bathroom, but the toilet paper was unreachable from a sitting position on the toilet. On top of this, we were charged $4.95 for enhanced Internet service, which we never ordered. We will never stay at this Springhill Suites again.

I will never stay here again. The furniture was peeling. Walls was peeling. No baseboards. They gave me a handicapped room and advised it was the only one available when i inquired. The lightbulb was flickering when we checked in. When we checked in the lady didnt even tell us about breakfast or where the elevators were located.

For the price, this was an absolute disappointment stay. No working heat, no working pool or hot tub. Elevator needs work. Worst stay in Hampton!

Room was clean for the most part aside from carpet & couch stains. The tub didn't drain properly so it was like taking a bath while showering. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. When I learned that the parking fee was automatically applied to all rooms, prior to confirming if the guest had a vehicle on the premise, I was surprised and put-off. This appears highly unprofessional and conveys a lack of concern for verification, suggesting a priority on maximizing profits.

The property has seen better days. Everything that we experienced felt like it's just how many people frequent this property. Also the young lady who helped us during the breakfast in the am. She was the best! Just to experience her warm smile and the way she cared for my daughter was truly appreciated she deserves a raise!!! The face of your company will make the impact she is impactful for sure

The place was conveniently located. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was delicious. Pool was closed and though it is on the website, it is not easily found. There were small defects like a large crack in sink, strobing tv and torn upholstery on couch.

Springhill has always been our go to. This time, we paid for 3 nights and left after 1. The room was filty. Looked to be blood on the carpet, bleach stains all over the couch, shower curtain was moldy, no bathroom fan, toothpaste spit on mirror and more.
On a good note, the staff was kind and pleasant.

Sinks, toilet and bathtub, cracked, wholes, shower head was leaking all over the place, they don’t clean the room during your stay, carpet was very dirty
