Over charged for breakfast Had to rind the at least 4 time, and a week later still have not received a refund

Room were not adjoining. Lot of smoking all around 24 hours. Toilet water tap was broke. So water kept flowing most of the time Bathroom lock was broken in room 1905

The service was excellent and i would highly recommend this place.

One minute walk to Nexus Shopping mall, one of the best mall in the city, highly recommended especially for families.

It has an amazing experience staying with Hyatt Regency Amritsar. We were travelling for a wedding and staff accommodated to some of our needs on every call. We felt very looked after and I’m looking forward to my next stay here again.

Staff is horrible, don’t know what they are doing, We book for 4 days when checked in she said it’s only for one day than she was looking around after half hour she said it’s for 4 days, than no break fast we paid for that, after looking she relized breakfast is paid for but that time break fast was over, she offered lunch which never came to the room, horrible place

Excellent place to stay in Amritsar. Great hotel and excellent staff. Very friendly and customer service is at par. I travelled with my 8month old and the entire staff was very accommodating. Gave us early checkin without any issue. I also did a massage session at the shanti spa, it was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visitjng Amritsar. 👍 Well done guys and thank u

Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Breakfast and dinner great and all staff exceptional. One small thing about a chemical smell at times which came into the rooms. Not a big deal but unpleasant at the time. Thank you for a great stay Hyatt Regency

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and it was easy to get to the Golden Temple. The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to attend in the evening.

I would have given full stars, I only used the hotel room for the one night stay so basically to sleep. I skipped breakfast but was told it was by those that I was traveling with that is was wonderful with a great selection. Staff at the doors were wonderful and quick to help. The front desk service was lacking for me. I found the lineup queue did not matter and front desk allowed people to bud in front and allowed others to distract from them assisting you, mid conversation. I had 3 visits to front desk and all three times this occurred. Had this not occurred, I would have given full stars.

The check-in was one of the issues, rooms are way too small I mean compared to other five star properties. It was not up to the mark could have better rooms when somebody is paying good amount. They should at least get a complimentary breakfast too.

Extra ordinary service, professional staff, amazing food and service in the restaurants. Third stay at this hotel. Would go back there again without a doubt

Zhana in dinning room was outstanding . I was asked to pay for my room upfront on arrival which was very poor. I asked to be on a room over looking the pool got put on 14th floor for my 2 week stay never offered an upgrade

Service was excellent. Buffet breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed our stay to full extend. Staff in restaurant is very helpful and friendly.

Next to Amritsar Mall so great food and shopping options. Getting to Golden Temple very easy. Hotel food and restaurants are exemplary. Spa is a must!!!
