The bed were very comfortable. Roomy clean. Safe. One desk chair was broken. Could use another trash can.

No icemaker on our floor.

This property is in very poor condition. The person at the front desk was not pleasant. I suggest avoiding this Holiday Inn Express. This property is well below what I expect of this hotel chain.

Shower was a disabled roll in, which was what we wanted, BUT it made bathroom and walkway in hallway soaked and very slippery. Wasn’t safe. Would have been better with a tub or longer curtain or shower head in different wall of shower

It was an amazing stay ! Super clean !

There was an annoying smell in the room of cooked food like an onion burger. A/C unit has a constant vibration noise throughout the night. T/P in bathroom was extremely thin and bathroom smells bad. 😳

I enjoyed my stay. My husband was not with me on this trip. I’m an older woman and I felt very safe.

Staff were very friendly, very welcoming, communicating ,and making sure I was comfortable.

Overall property was good. The only issue was no air conditioning in the lobby so checking in was humid, breakfast in the morning was as well. The pool was ok but didn't have towels. Went to the front desk to get some so again not huge deal. The air conditioning cover in our room was falling off the wall but didn't impact the cool air it pumped in. Beds comfy! Location was good and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was also one of the quietest hotels I have stayed at which was nice after our long day. The only thing that was not good was the breakfast. Options were ok - the pancake machine made what I called dough cakes, blah.

Close to the loop, easy on and easy off. Just overall great. Highly recommended

We drive in from out of town, checked in, and went to our room to freshen up. Soon as we walked in we smelled something that was everything but refreshing and the room was muggy and hot. No biggie. I am always prepared with Lysol and maybe the room AC was just turned on. We leave for hours and return and still the AC was not working to its full potential. Still hot could not sleep and we had to be at the hospital by 6am. Finally got a fan from front desk and made it a bit comfortable. There were no other rooms and even the front lobby had no AC.

the hotel is in major need of updating. the entire room is just run down. the secondary door look (flips out) is barely hanging on. the a/c is the loudest a/c ive ever heard. not loudest for a hotel, loudest period. & it has the loudest rattle I've ever heard from an a/c. the a/c also doesn't work well so it runs long & often. refrigerator freezes everything. the room was loud in terms of surrounding area, hallways, 3rd floor, etc. 2 large stains on carpet - 1 in "tv room" & 1 near trashcan in main room. there were no premium tv channels or pay movies as advertised. they have those generic remotes so you can't do anything but change channels or volume. we only ate breakfast 1 day because the food wasn't very good, it wasn't very clean, & the guy running breakfast was rude. we came back one evening & brought food back. we wanted to eat in the dining area because we have a 2 year old & we were hoping to use the 1 high chair. he was sweeping on the other side of the room & we asked if it was ok if we ate there. he threw his hands up & said "I'll just come back". we went ahead and went to our room to eat. the morning we ate there, they ran out of bananas (if you have a toddler, you get this as serious). next day, still no bananas. the bathroom makes you feel like it's a public restroom. no stopper in bathtub. smallest toilet ever. blackout curtains worked well & bed was comfortable. every single one of the other staff were very pleasant and helpful. regrets...

This property is a little strange to get to but when you do….it is so worth it!!!!

Went there for a stay cation with our small grandkids. The pool area was full of about 20 kids running and playing football in the water. Very loud and had very little supervision. Only able to stay at the pool for 10 minutes.

The hot tub was freezing, the pool was even worse. And the hot rub had black dirt all at the top with mystery foam floating around and no towels. Not to mention the desk lady that night was so rude!!! For no reason!
