Wonderful view, nice steps, very clean and cozy. Delicious restaurants and breakfast. There is nothing to unsatisfied. Thank you for the welcome fruits and chocolate. I'll stay again here, if i'll go to AbuDhabi again.

Property seems to be slightly old, Rooms are decent however, need some renovation. Beach is nice and restaurants are decent.

Check in was delayed by an hour, the beds were more like double beds than Queens. Not the best stay

Having stayed in the Fairmont on the Palm in Dubai previously, we thought this would be the same, but it is not. The hotel was clean and staff very nice but the hotel is dated and food very repetative and limited options compare to other hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast was nice, Dinner was very limited. Overall food was hit and miss in terms of quality. Rooms were not cleaned until 4.45pm some days - ended up doing it myself. Another day we were not left any clean towels - the small things that make a big difference when you have paid to travel all that way. It wasnt terrible and we got a good price on the hotel, but I wouldnt return and based on the cost of the flights, I want something better.

From check in to check out we had an amazing experience. We were always treated with kindness and respect, staff always had a smile and always ready to help. We loved it so much we didn’t leave the hotel once. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and beach area were very clean also and well kept. We really hope we would have stayed more days. Will definitely come back. I do have to mention that the Steakhouse restaurant does not allow children. I called to make a reservation and was told that no children were allowed but that we could eat in our room. Lol. That wasn’t the best response but other than that everything was great.

Top Hotel an super Lage!

Lovely hotel, private beach and pool was perfect. Staff were great. Food at the hotel was overpriced though. Need to get taxi to all tourist places. I would stay again at Fairmont.

Hotel needs a refresh

Lovely hotel, all the staff we encountered were professional and friendly. A shame we only stayed 2 nights, will definitely visit again for longer

A wonderful hotel, overlooking the mosque. Sunsets are amazing. Great restaurants, pools are very clean. Staff are very helpful will definitely be returning here next year.

This was one of the prettiest hotels we stayed at! We got checked into our room but then decided we wanted the beach view. The staff was absolutely amazing and upgraded us to a higher floor with the beach view and the mosque, at a discounted price! Rooms are amazing and very clean. Has an amazing pool and restaurants at the hotel. They have a pool for kids and adults. I highly recommend the Fairmont if you are staying in Abu Dhabi!

Convenient Hotel located a short drive from Airport

It was close to everyrhing with nice private beach & pool. Great for kids. Trouble with the sink and blinds the entire stay.

This is an excellent hotel at a great value the staff here try their best the property is also well-maintained. It’s an excellent place to have a wedding or dinner. The view of the Grand Mosque from the back is very nice. Also, they have rentals of jetskis and other waters sports at a reasonable price you must ask for that price. I happen to eat at the sushi restaurant. I decided to get the all you could eat sushi with the all you could drink alcohol package, considering alcohol at restaurants in the Emirates is not cheap. They had a deal of all you could drink beers, or mixed drinks or wine and you could change from one to another but I just stuck with beer. I must’ve drank about 12. The sushi was excellent perfect temperature. The rice texture was superior. The gym is also very nice. I happen to try that out as well. New modern fitness equipment, and finally brunch very high-quality ingredients and products all the with high end seafood

We love it 😍 clean and Awesome

While we had a quick layover and weren’t able to use the great facilities like the pool due to limited hours, the room was so large, the staff so friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was that you cannot charge the restaurant costs to your room and have to always pay direct in the restaurant.

We planned visit the Abu Dhabi as a family but visa consulate did some problem us. We have taken visa Dubai but our flight was directly to the Abu Dhabi. İ wrote mails hotel but they did not help us.

Amazing customer service throughout our stay , can’t fault the hotel on anything. The dining options at the hotel can be slightly expensive for those who are not aware . Otherwise our stay was amazing . Thanks

Fantastic hotel and overall experience. The place oozes class and style.

Excellent Customer service especially the parking staffs and the restaurant staffs. Nice view of my room , really relaxing and enjoyable in my stay .Breakfast have a lot of choices, even l was stay a week, but l still feel exciting every morning when l have breakfast. Highly recommend if you would like to have the relaxation trip in abu dhabi.

Property is beautiful, clean and safe - love the bathroom and tub/shower. Room service was wonderful. Primary middle eastern restaurant staff basically ignored me as a single woman. Italian restaurant was wonderful and friendly.
