The room was a little dusty.

The hotel is good overall, but the room I stayed in facing the street was very noisy at night, and the room was too warm in winter, which made me very uncomfortable.

Great location, friendly and helpful associate. Clean and decent size room. A perfect choice of hotel especially when one need to stay for 10 nights. The restaurant in the hotel serve great food too.

One subway stop or 10 minutes walk from Hakata, and 10-15 minutes walk to Tenjin. Great location

convenient located, just next to Gion station, or around 15min walk to Hakata station. Family mart is just across the street. Hotel style is a bit old-fashioned but doesnt affect its functionality and cleanliness. Booked around 2months in advance and is quite worth for the money (around JPY 11xxx for a night). Room space is relatively large (I think is around 22sqf?) compared to other Japan hotels. Pillows are too soft and not supportive.

Fantastic location that is easily walkable and close to the subway, but the hotel has started to show its age. When we saw the new build Daiwa Roynet across the road we wished we booked that instead.

1. excellent location - probably only 200m from the Gion station! 2. breakfast was included in the booking - very simple and standard Japanese style breakfast. Good enough. 3. very friendly and nice staff. 4. standard double room - difficult to open 2 large luggages and difficult to walk around. But we understood this is quite common in the hotels in Japan. Overall we had a great time here!

Location is great: Subway Kuko Line is 3 minute walk while the Nishitetsu bus stop is right in front of the hotel. FamilyMart is across the street; 7 Eleven is two minute walk on the same street; Lawson around the corner, 2 minutes. There is an Aeon MaxValue grocery store 4 minutes away, and the Canal City Hakata access way is a 5-minute walk. Nearby attractions include Tochoji and Shofukuji Temples, Kushida Shrine, Hakata Machiya Folk Museum, and several other temples/shrines. We got a corner room so the room was quite spacious: lots of room to put luggage and clothing. The beds are low but comfortable. The room walls are a little stained and the hotel lobby a little dated. Front of hotel was lacking in curb appeal, but overall this was a very nice place to stay in.

Comfortable room, nice staff and convenient location in reach of public stores. Peaceful and quiet for relaxation.

The location is just near to subway(underground), and convenience to other places in Fukuoka. The breakfast is nice and able to get full of energy in mornings

Great location, very friendly staff. Beds were a little uncomfortable but not the worst. Great spot for a short weekend trip. If you are parking a large car it won’t fit in the parking garage behind hotel. You have to drive around the block and it’s ¥1200 for 24 hours.

Big room at this price. Good location. Just next to subway station.

Good location. 1 minute walk distance from subway entrance and shopping area is around 5-10 minutes walking. Staff at reception desk are friendly and helpful for quick check-in.

Overall it was ok but I think it was a bit overpriced even for Golden week. Breakfast quality was not really up to the standard as well.

I like its location, very accessible. The hotel room is so functional. I like the vanity mirror with the table lamp beside it coz it gives enough lighting to do make up. What I don’t like is there’s no free bottled water in the room. The front desk staffs don’t speak English. Being assigned at the front desk, they should know how to speak English
