Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms.

Clean, new facility, close to hwy, but quiet, right next to shopping and multiple restaurants, room was beautiful, right in between UNC and Duke, loved the breakfast, hot tub, little indoor pool, 24 hr fitness. Great amenities for the price.

Our only complaint was the complete lack of racks to hang towels and washcloths.

This is my go to hotel while visiting my daughter at NCCU.

The Hotel was nice because the attendant remembered me from the last visit. I told him i was a travel agent and was to bring huests in the future. He gave me a nicer room and 2 bottles of water. Which i really appreciated. He reminded me breakfast is served in the morning. There was access to a pool and an area to sit if i wanted to smoke cigarettes and consume alcohol. Across the street was an Outback steakhouse and a starbucks. He said if needed extra towels and or soap or amything else to contact him until end po f his shift in the morning. He also said they were doing remodeling in the breakfasts area so you could bring it to your suite instead of eating it the area where construction was going on.

Breakfast options are very limited (cons). Location is very good; shops are near by, safe neighborhood. Hotel is clean and parking is plenty.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! The first room they put us in smelled like animal urine. Animals aren’t allowed in the hotel. The woman at the front desk said, “we just had that room steam cleaned”. They knew it smelled terribleand didn’t bother to verify that it was better before putting a family in it. They did change our room but the floor we were on continued to smell bad in the halls, like burning plastic. The layout of these rooms is really odd with the toilet in one room and the shower in another. The sheet came off one of the beds because it was too small. The mattress underneath had a significant brownish stain (possibly blood?). We asked that a new sheet and mattress protector be put on the bed, around noon. We were told the person at the desk was the only person there, no housekeeping but she would figure something out. We left for several hours and when we came back nothing had been done. When we went to speak to the manager we were given excuse after excuse about why they only have ONE person on staff for the whole hotel, no housekeeping. The manager then checked us out at 7pm and said she would refund our $. We had two adults and two kids and suddenly had to find a new hotel for the night. This place is gross and the service is horrible. Don’t waste your $, you will be disappointed. Marriott should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this hotel. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online or the lobby. They will gaslight the 💩 out of you!

The room was great!!! I love the sitting area in the room as well as the separation of the toilet and shower! Staff was great and lobby is a must see!

Overall a good stay for one night. Nothing fancy but quiet and clean.

This was a nice hotel very quiet overall and clean. I was not very happy about the pillows they use here they are like a feather pillow and hurt my neck. Also they didn’t offer many soaps and stuff. The pool area was low in stock of towels , the bathroom didn’t have any extra towels.

Property was great , friendly service with a smile , great location close to everything. Hot tub & pool was very clean . Breakfast was a giant plus food was great with lots of choices I definitely will stay here again room was large & wonderfully decorated

Nice area, staff is friendly. Walking distance to nearby restaurants. We were disappointed that the hot tub/spa was out of order during our stay but I’m sure it couldn’t be helped.

The facility, and staff are nice. But there was a women smoke outside the main entrance as we drove up. Also my son is handicapped and we were put on the 6th floor. Lastly I'm not a fan of a deposit, especially when I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last two years.
