The hotel itself is in good shape, convenient transportation routes what makes easy to move around. The room itself may benefit from a stand to put the suitcases and some drawers. There is not space to accommodate your belongings

For us missed some bathroom kits (like shaving kit). In our room one bedside lamp was little bit broken. Stuff was friendly and nice.

Great stay, bed was hard so asked for the sofa bed om the room to make up for sleeping. The receptionist offered to also add a topper on the bed as well. Great service. Close to subway and great breakfast. Definately coming back when visiting Berlin

Beautiful property in a nice location! Close to Berlin zoo in walking distance! Berlin East is like 15 mins by car ! Hotel offers a lively breakfast great variety and quality foods ! Hotel has a nice gym well facilitated! Bedroom felt modern and comfortable! Very clean rooms ! Bed slept wonderful excellent sheets and pillows! Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind ! Help planned my trips around the city from est Berlin to the local area and zoo ! WiFi works great ! Hotel are felt safe ! Enjoyed my stay and the service Hampton inn provided! Will definitely be back !

Weekend stay to enjoy the Berlin Christmas markets with 2 almost grown children. Everything worked well - we got there early in the day, but hotel was flexible around letting us check into the rooms. Clean place, good breakfast, ok bar, easy access to public transport and nearby parking, ok gym, no minibar or safe in rooms - would absolutely stay again

This was our second stay here, and we really enjoyed our visit. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. We overlooked the S Bahn but it wasn’t very noisy and I quite liked the hum of the trains. Breakfast was lovely. The in,y slight minus is that the minus didn’t refill out teas and coffees in our room well, so we had to keep getting more from reception, but apart from that it was great. Beds super comfy

Very centrally located near Zoologischer Garten and Uhlandstraße stations. Clean & tidy. Friendly staff.
On the negative side:
- no room safe
- no suitcase rack or space for suitcases in room
- breakfast area struggles to meet demand at weekends
- daily restocking of tea/coffee and removal of glasses did not occur

Good location, clean and well maintained facility. Room was very quiet (as requested), no noise from corridor or from other rooms. The twin bed was good and comfortable. In the bathroom the floor of the shower corner was dangerously slippery when wet. There was no rubber mat to make it less dangerous. The breakfast was good and plenty, but the BF room was crowded. I went from my table for a cup of coffee and lost my place in the two minutes I was away.

I had an Expedia confirmation that showed I changed the name on one of the room reservations for a colleague of mine. However, the hotel cancelled the original reservation automatically and forced my colleague to pay more. Also, the key cards don’t work half the time. They keep telling you to not put it next to a phone but I didn’t. Despite all of that the room as clean although dates and the breakfast and gym were decent

Only negative thing, we were three occupying the room, but we found only two cups and two glasses. I had to wash them from one day to the other, there was just one black tea, we use it and it was not replaced

This is absolutely the best hotel that suits all my basic needs. Love the breakfast. Simple and healthy food. The staff there are polite, service oriented and helpful. They provided good tips of where to eat, where to go and how to get there. Kudos to the staff by the name Max. He made my stay there pleasant and happy.

Another great stay at the Hampton. At the price range I enjoy the facilities including the breakfast.
Rooms are fairly equipped. However not suitable for business connectivity as there is no international plug points or Ethernet connectivity hence the great rating overall and not excellent.
Area around the hotel is a little run down but the location is excellent.

Loved our stay in this hotel. It is easily accessible from the city centre but far enough away that it is quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel staff very helpful, and the buffet breakfast was amazing

We have stayed here several times before and the service has always been great but this time some of the reception staff were grumpy, this has never happened before. But we think this is a great hotel and will come back again next time we are in Berlin. Really great breakfast! A bit hard beds.
