I found a cockroach in the room. Gross. I dont have any bugs at home to pay for a stay and find a cockroach next to my bedroom.

Friends weekend get away

My family stayed 2 nights here for vacations. The room has separated bathroom and restroom, and a meeting area. The staff were polite and welcoming. The room and hallways were clean. One major issue we had was noise, training running over rails and the air conditioner was loud. The other was the fan in the washroom was not working. Anyway our overall experience was very good.

This is a very attractive property. The rooms are well laid out. Beds were comfortable, linens clean, room clean. I was traveling to DC with 3 other adults and we REALLY appreciated the toilet being in a separate room from the shower. Very helpful! For younger families, the doors to bathroom/shower doesnt lock. The closet was a good size. Breakfast was very attractively laid out. Overall an excellent experience. Bravo!

We've stayed at a different Springhill suites in Louisville and wasn't pleased, so we took a chance in this place. Pleasantly surprised! Safe location, clean, friendly, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall very nice. Breakfast was adequate, and the provided earplugs were appreciated, as there was some traffic noise. However, we did notice that the shower in room 209 had some water leakage. Despite this, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The complaint - super bland breakfast. I mean exact same for 3 days.. also, it closes for 930am. The property is super clean, spacious and so quiet. I wish the parking was freeer. No pool either.. so average hotel for me.

Clean and safe area

The property is good, friendly staff and generally pretty clean. The sore was the stench in the elevators :( was so bad I almost felt violated using it. The carpet in the room was also horrible

I liked the shampoo and conditioner; very soothing to the hair. What I didn't like or appreciate of the room, property and Marriott: 1. What reall upset us was having to pay daily rates for parking our cars. I've been to smaller properties wherr parking was free for guests. But then again I did not feel like a guest at this Marriott. 2. For both Saturday and Sunday we had powdered eggs made into scrambled and burned (not joking) sausages.... both days. Oatmeal was thick but that's what most of us ate. Toppings were slim. 3. Water was not always available. 4. Toiletries were not available. We had no soap in the toilet. 5. Room is small. The bathroom is broken down where one area is the shower and a another tiny area in a different section of the room is the small toilet. The door to my shower area did not close which posed a problem. 6. I had to stay in my parents room because the other room we reserved was way down the hall. I asked for two rooms together. I came in early (5mins to 3pm) to check in and get rooms together. I was told I should have put a note to have the rooms together. Then I would have gotten it. So reserving 2 rooms wasn't enough? I was also told that I could get another room on another floor "if that helped." Not laughing! 7. I was asked if I wanted to become a member. I asked what can I get during this trip and with a straight face she told me I could get complimentary water. I guess Marriott does not want new members.

The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet is separate from the shower, nice option. Beakfast ehhh not great. Staff was friendly.

bathroom was full of ants...we had to move to another room at 3:30 in the morning. was not happy at all.

This was a beautiful room. Would definitely consider returning to this location.

What was unique about the property is that the bathroom consisted of the shower and sink; the toilet had its own room and sink.

You Have to pay to park in the parking lot Or garage but everything else was excellent. Wheelchair accessible room was good enough for my young son. A larger power wheelchair should probably get the largest room that they have because the basic wheelchair accessible room might be a bit too small if you want to move around

Wifi was available but no device would connect to it. There were no trash bins so you had to put trash in a bag and leave it outside your room. The cleaning staff walked into my room at 8am in the morning and woke me up because they thought I checked out. They did the same thing at 10am but checkout is not till noon so I dont understand their reason. Also the place smells like mold

The two-bed suite was the perfect size for a family of three. The room and property were neat and clean. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from: scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sausage, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, etc. All employees that we saw were friendly too.

Multiple problems with room that took several days to be addressed. Sink trickle of water. Phone not working and never fixed. Micro wave didn’t work. Linens very poor quality. Towels very thin

Stayed in a bigger suite with a teenager and my senior parents. Location is ideal, still close to DC which we are visiting. Nice drive to and from there. Clean space and roomy enough to accommodate us. Check in was smooth. Parking is not an issue at all. Breakfast was the icing on the cake. Thanks much!
