We booked this hotel last minute, and weren't sure how it was going to be - since photos and reviews can sometimes be deceiving, but my Wife, Son and I were VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at how nice this hotel really is!! We live just across on the SW Coast of Florida, and we'll be sure to tell all of our friends that it is the PERFECT place for a "Staycation". We will surely be back again sometime soon, as we truly loved everything about the hotel, and found everything to be top notch! It is very clear that they take much pride in maintaining this hotel, and we don't have a single thing we can recommend to make it any better! We originally planned to go out for our breakfasts, but instead ended up having breakfast in their restaurant on the 2nd floor for BOTH of our mornings, and were very happy with the food, and service. EVERYONE they have working there went above and beyond to make us and all of the other guests feel welcome and well taken care of! We even had lunch by the pool, and enjoyed that too (Great Tacos!), before heading out to the beach for a nice swim in the ocean! We also borrowed a few (Complimentary) bikes for an early morning bike ride on the walking/bike path, and loved that too! (The path goes directly past the hotel) Looking VERY much forward to our next stay!!

Was initially assigned a room that hasn't been cleaned since the previous guest had left (see pic attached). Had to go back to the lobby because nobody is picking up the phones! The staff who assigned us the room wasn't apologetic at all! No customer delight! The next room we were given had lacking pillows and other utilities. Called the front desk again for several times to no avail. As if they just let the phones ring until guests give up. The only pleasant experience was the nice valet and bike attendants.

Besides the old couch and the tv not working at first It is a great hotel great staff excellent valet service, the breakfast at the hotel was great especially the buffet

Good hotel

BEWARE! when you check out if you booked with Expedia or other booking company as your hotel bill will not match your agreed upon total with booking agency. In addition upon checkout, there was a disgruntled guest that was arguing with hotel check out employee which escalated to unsafe situation which is when myself and a mom with 3 young children ran into the mens restroom for safety. The hotel did nothing to make anyone who had to witness this dangerous situation to apologize for having to take cover. EXTREMELY DISAPPONTED at how the Hotel handled this situation and escalated it with the guest instead of De-escalating the situation as well as how guests who witnessed this were treated. I will never stay here again

Easy access to the beach will definitely stay again

The lobby and pool area was very nice but the hallways had an odd smell, room was average.

Upon check in my card was charged $250 twice. I immediately went and spoke to front desk staff about this. Cameron who works the front desk said my money would be back on my card that same night. 2 days later and the money still is not back on my card. The front desk seemed very nonchalant about my concerns of my card being swiped twice. They offer "luggage storage" upon check out but when trying to get luggage stored nobody takes it they make you leave luggage unattended in the lobby. The room was not very clean and all the lighting did not work.
