I appreciate the speediness of the process to check in and out of my room. It was a decent price rate for what I got for my stay. I was slightly aggravated with a motorcyclist whenever they started their bike. It was loud enough to disturb my sleep briefly. Luckily it was early in the night that it didn't take long for me to get back to sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Came in from a long road trip from up north. Woman working the front that night was super sweet! And the room was very comfortable and clean. I definitely love that they are pet friendly too.
Also she was very accommodating to me wanting a room close to the stairs.
I’d definitely stay here again over any other in the area.

When I got to hotel THEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION and I didn’t get a room!!!! I want my money back.
Had traveled all day and then had to travel another two hours for a room.

The desk staff was efficient and very hospitable. The property is dated and needs some additional repairs. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the floor was very sticky. There was no extra charge for our dog. Breakfast was a small selection of prepackaged items. Basically, we got what we paid for.

First of all i booked a non smoking, it smelled strongly like smoke i couldnt sleep all night. There was also a burn mark of a cigerette kind so it was very obvious it wasnt non smoking. There was also so much dust and cobwebs at the top of the curtains it was disgusting.

My stay was amazing I love the size of the room just big enough for me and my family. I love the size of the bed it was so comfortable sleeping in too. I love the area it was so quiet and peaceful.

Overall it was a nice property. I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker or coffee offered in the room. There was no ironing board, or phone and the breakfast was to go only. Small adjustments would make this a nice stay.

came back at 4AM to find my room door wide open. Half of the parking lot was shut down. Thankfully, it did not appear, as if any of my items were damaged or stolen. The lady on the front desk that night was polite and cooperative, but the morning staff was downright rude.

the bed was terrible there was a hole so bad that when I tried to get up I fell. The smoke detector appeared to have no battery. The outlet by bed did not have a cover. I Frankly I felt it unsafe, had we known all this we would not have stayed,

The room 213 was double queen beds non smoking. Both beds were dirty burns holes everywhere in a non-smoking room. Also roaches!!!! Front desk guy lies and I got the run around now not receiving my refund. I hope my review makes it up to there corporate department. This is definitely bad business and experience

I was so tired from an 8 hour drive that I was able to pass out despite the itchy bed sheets and weird room smell. When I woke up at 3 AM I was greeted to a few cockroaches hanging out in the bathtub. Would of requested a refund if I wasnt so tired.
