I loved this property and the staff was great

In house restaurant very poor service with birds attacking ur food every morning and bird poop everywhere. Room service 45 minutes for simple quesidilla. You would think this hotel would have that figured out for that level of luxury hotel

Beautiful resort

Idyllic location, superb service

Loved the size of the room, and all of the extras (sunscreen and water by the pool), live music and cocktails on the patio at sunset. Highly recommend!

Last property on the high rise hotel strip. Walkable to main restaurants and bars. Property is okay - aging a bit. Restaurants are very expensive - you can find better food for 1/3 the cost. Beach is nice but getting beach chair is tough - be prepared to wake up at 6:30 and wait 30m for someone to set it up. They take time count for the beach chair - two hours max for you to return or it will be forfeited. Pretty crazy trying to relax and sleep in on vacation. BLT steakhouse on-site is a huge disappointment. I love BLT and have eaten there in LA/Miami and DC. BLT in Aruba is horrible - service is mediocre and food prep is horrible. I ordered $100 ribeye Pittsburg style - they just gave me medium steak. I sent it back and asked to have it remade charred like it supposed to be. They took the same stake and cooked it more - not charred and brought it out to me. It was well done and tasted like piece of wood. Waiter didn’t even apologize. Stay is okay but eat in town - much better and cheaper.

Wonderful, large room with luxurious bathroom, solid dining options with delicious food, and very friendly and attentive staff. Also, beautiful beach with calm, shallow ocean water for relaxing.

I like very much the property and the staff was very nice

The only complaint I have is that I did not get free refills on my iced tea at the onsite restaurants. Being charged $5 for an 8 ounce tea and then $5 for every additional glass seemed very unreasonable. As nice as the entire staff was (everyone was exceptional!!!) as well as the resort, the tea issue alone will cause me not to return.

In true Ritz fashion, service and hospitality are at their very best. The resort is quiet and about 15 minutes away from downtown Aruba. I would definitely go back and recommend it!

I didn’t like the fact that they’re a lot of hidden fees for things if you use them or not. I didn’t like the fact that they charge a $90 a day resort fee after you’ve spent over $3000 to stay in the first place, that was also revealed during checkout.

I have stayed at this particular Ritz at least 10x. I am very discriminating and probably hard to please when it comes to hotels and resorts. The things I look for: (in order of importance) 1. Cleanliness- this hotel is ALWAYS clean and smells amazing. You can tell the staff take pride in the hotel and keeping it amazing. The rooms are always spotless and impressive! I’ve stayed in swankier hotels in places like NYC, but it’s a beach hotel, and I’m looking for comfort and cleanliness more than anything. 2. Staff friendliness. I want the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I almost always stay in the Club level floor, which allows you drinks and amazing food all day long (at an expensive add on price of $200 person - which prob isn’t worth it if you don’t guzzle alcohol). The staff on the club level really is the best. They will do anything to make you happy and will even remember you year after year. The only NEGATIVE I can point to is the Front Desk staff - they just aren’t friendly. They never are. It’s really sad as that is the first impression. Fortunately, I know this and don’t expect much. But once past that, it’s amazing service all the way!! 3. Location. What I love about the ritz can also be considered a negative. If you want quiet and tranquility away from the masses that stay in Palm Beach, you will love this location. It’s the last hotel to the northern end of the island. But it’s also a good walk to the shopping malls and hub of restaurants.

This property was absolutely fabulous from the room to the service. Almost all of the employees were beyond friendly. The only reason I am giving this place a 4 was because we were not given the room we were promised even with the extra wait time. Then on the last day we woke up to no running water in our room.

Vacations with kids is always a challenge because you are constantly thinking, of what you need, what to eat, what to do to keep the kids entertained. The Ritz thought of everything. Whether it was debris in the pool, ways to make the kids feel welcomed and excited, water activities for al ages, sunscreen. Finally a vacation where us as parents, could let someone else do the thinking and the Ritz thought of every detail and its hard to put a price on that.

It was disappointing for a stay at a property like the Ritz. At the pool, the staff barely came around to take food and drink orders. It was nice and clean but rooms felt a little outdated. Not much to do other than pool and beach while less expensive hotels had waterfalls in the pool, beach volleyball or lazy rivers. Service was average. Given the high cost of the rooms at the Ritz, we expected a lot better. Disappointing.

I liked to cleanliness of the property. The staff was amazing. I wish it was "all inclusive" like its' advertised. I wasn't expecting to have to pay for everything. Food and drinks were pricey - but what you'd expect for the Ritz. The casino could be enhanced with more options as well.

Property was immaculate. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were perfect and property was beautifully decorated. BLT was delish too! High recommend everything about this property!
