Excellent transport facilities to the haram. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area was convenient and safe

I spent four nights at the hotel and was very pleased with the hotel and the level of service. The room and bathroom was clean and had stainless towels and sheets. There are busses going to haram frequently every hour for free just in front of the hotel. The only thing that would have lifted the standard would be curtains in the bathroom. The bathroom would become all wet because of the lack of curtains. Apart from that we were very satisfied with everything during our stay.

Sohel Mia helped me a lot during my stay at the hotel. Sohel made sure the electrical adapter i needed, he got me right away to my room. Sohel is wonderful person and i wish him all the success

Let’s start with the positives, the hotel has a bus shuttle outside which is very quick and convenient. The housekeeping staff is very nice and attentive. And that’s pretty much it. We had a bad stay at this place. Beginning with the rude and arrogant reception. Told us we can’t have our laundry back today have to wait until tomorrow, just to call housekeeping and them bringing it up to our room with no problem. The building is super old, we had a burst pipe waking us up in the middle of the night. Instead of trying to help us settle in a new room ASAP, we had to let 4 men see the burst pipe first, in a time frame of over one hour. We then got shown 2 dirty rooms, before finally getting one on that was just clean enough. The new room had no warm water, not sure if that’s because we ended up in the 11th floor. Overall not a great experience.

Overall it was great but free shuttle service to Haram the Mecca mosque is not always available as per there time. U have to take the cab.
