Clean, quiet, short walk to beach 10 min. Great breakfast, polite staff and reasonable.

The room is clean and it’s a 15 min walk to Ocean Drive. $20 overnight parking one block away. It’s in a safe residential area.

The included Breakfast was amazing! Omelettes pancakes, prepared for you! Easy walk to the beach and Ocean Drive. Close to a lot of shopping and popular spots.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast so delicious. And the rooms are super clean. Well kept. And have access to lots of streaming. I would definitely book here again

Wonderful experience

This is not a hotel that I normally stay in , this was a house converted to Bed and breakfast . Not for me I stay in real hotel with name brands .

Although the room was extreamly clean and the staff was incredibly nice. In 2 occasions i left my room and when i came back the lock on my door was open. Nothing was missing yet i do not like how they left my door open

We stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise the next morning and it was quiet, easy to find, and clean. The breakfast being included as a nice touch. Totally walkable to the beach and restaurants. After hours check in was easy to follow with detailed instructions. Would stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating. The space was clean. Great location. Easy walk to Ocean Drive.

The communal patio/lounge area was dirty, but other than that we had no complaints. We'd stay there again.

We had a really amazing stay at the Bars B&B. It felt like visiting friends. Started with a warm welcome by Thais. The atmosphere is really laid back and cozy. We stayed for 2 nights and had the luxury to receive a pedestrian parking spot. It was a pity that we only have been able to enjoy the tasty breakfast once. Other than in some comments it was sufficient and really good. Sort of homemade style which we really liked. We can only recommend this beautiful place!

Great location and great staff. This is a perfect B&B for a Miami Beach getaway. Hot made to order breakfast was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.

This was a nicely remodeled facility Clean and comfortable. A little far from the beach, but an enjoyable walk. Be cautious of the tile floors in the room as they are slippery when wet.

It’s a nice, clean B&B in a quiet neighbourhood. The parking is a little bit tricky, because overnight it’s only with residential permit. I parked above Publix store a block away.

The property at first seemed great and a good price that same night I learned better. The chrome in the shower and toilet paper were rusted, it was cold in the evening, tried to use the heat, the machine completely shut off and stopped working. The other guest did not feel the need to oblige by quiet hours (I was there for 3 nights) and random hours like 1 am they would decided to congregate in the living room and talk, hang out. I also don’t know if it was just room but there was a constant noise coming from either the wall facing my bed or opposite making it difficult to sleep. I called the owner and left a message and my concerns were never addressed. Just pay more and stay at a Hilton or Sheraton.

Exceptional and well maintained property, highly recommend for staying near South Beach.

This was an excellent location for pre cruise stay. Very clean and comfortable inside. Good breakfast cooked to order. Some better recycling of food waste would deter rodents from the area outside.

Wonderful staff. Great location. Very nice room. The one thing we’d have liked was a kettle to make tea. Other than that it was great. Highly recommend.

Checkin was a little confusing and difficult, but after that everything was great!

The pictures of the rooms weren’t exactly what we actually got (we ordered the deluxe room). A dim, cramped room, but an OK sized bathroom. The bed was ok, but old and way too soft. The bathroom hadn’t been dusted in forever, so it was not very appealing. I don’t know why they use pictures of champagne/sparkling wine on the beds, as you just get a carafe of cold water. Which is nice enough, but kind of disappointing when they seem to advertise with a nice welcome drink. The staff were all very nice, and the breakfast service is great. The biggest issue with this b&b is the noise. We got a room just outside the kitchen area, and woke up every morning around 7 when the staff started heir daily preparations. When breakfast service started around an hour later, it was no point trying to continue sleeping. The sound insulation is horrible! Both to the next door room, and especially to the common area/kitchen/reception. Even though our stay in other aspects were okay, we wouldn’t have booked this place if we knew about the noise issues. So, if you can tolerate noise, go ahead and book (without having the greatest expectations for the rooms). As mentioned, the staff and breakfast service is excellent, but couldn’t weigh up for the other inconveniences for us.

It was a amazing place, and everything was in walking distance foods drinks you name it. Anytime Im in Miami Florida i will definitely try to book this place.

Small but nice
