Excellent location with easy access to downtown Tenjin and transport (rail/bus) transport and many restaurants. The rooms are small, as is often the case in Japan. I was allocated a room with a frosted window unlike many previous stays here, which was the major downside.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan for years. From the check in to the check out, the staff are rude and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to any foreigners as they are anti foreigners too.

location of the hotel is great! however it needs to be renovated. A lot of restaurants and shopping area.

Location: Not bad, A 20 min walk from the train station. You have to take the subway for most attractions. Room: Nice room, comfortable. You typical business hotel

Location is great. Facility need to improve. For this trip I have stayed in different hotel. For pricing they could do a bit more attention and offer.

Location is very good for restaurant and shopping.

Location of the place is good as it is in the middle of Hakata and Tenjin. A lot of restaurants, convenience store, malls and subway and train station. The price of our first two nights are quite high and not commensurate with the accommodation. Personnel are friendly but need to learn how to speak even simple English. Clean but need maintenance.

Very helpful and friendly staff, room was clean and even had a sink, dishes and microwave for heating up/preparing food. Only slight walk from the station but otherwise a pleasant place.

The location - close to Tenjin, transport, restaurants & shoppiing

房間超小，裝修好舊，冷氣滴水，空氣清新機. The room is very tiny like a matchbox which made me feel very uncomfortable. The AC is dropping water from the ceiling and the air purity is very dusty and it seems the thing hasn't been used for quite a long time. Most important is that we can't seem as my husband got a few bites in bed. We can't stand for it and we got no choice to check out at 3am to look for another hotel nearby. Before we left, we tried to get a cup coffee in the lobby but the receptionist said it was out of order. This hotel I will not stay here from now on. 床上有嘢咬，睡到零晨3am, 頂唔住，要checkout換另一間酒店。因為太早，lobby嘅免費coffee有壞咗。整體感覺很差。

Service was great but the bathroom was a bit stinky at first, the smell eventually went away when the fan was turned on long enough

We found our stay here acceptable. We wanted to save money so you get what you pay for. It was clean and just over 1km from Hakata Station. We had the double room so it was small compared to Canadian standards but we are in Japan so we expected as much. You get all the amenities you would at any other Japanese hotel. Fridge and blow dryer in room. Razors, shaving cream, body wash, shampoo are all provided. Free coffee in the morning - found in lobby. It was just my mom and I, and we are both small, so sharing a bed wasn’t an issue. Not much floor space to put your bags. Bathroom was huge though. The hotel was in a great shopping area - easy to walk. Not as close to the subway but busses were a plenty and easy to catch. I believe the day pass was 900¥ if I remember correctly. Each ride accumulated as you went so in the end, we did use our money’s worth. You can walk but we are over a week into our trip so our feet get sore a lot quicker. Hopping on the bus was a lot easier than walking to the subway and catching that.
