Never going there again

Room n washroom are terrible

Not very pleasing especially with attitude of few staff

I stayed 5 nights, was first time in Chandigarh. Hotel is very nice, didn’t have very good experience. Staff definitely needs to be TRAINED well.

The accommodation was good and close to Elante mall. The staff service in restaurent was good. Preety did amazing job and front desk staff was also good. Look forward to come back again .

Property was good

The property was good and clean. I travelled with my family but one of the staff members was argumentative.

I booked 2 rooms and in one room there is lock issue we can’t able look the room, We called at front desk. Around 6-7 pm but they took midnight to change the room ….

They gave us a stinking smoking room. Smelt horrible. The housekeeping guy sprayed air-freshener couple of times but the smell didn’t go away. Also the main door to the room was creaky and brushing to the floor making it noisy and hard to open. The lone elevator seemed like a service elevator used by staff ferrying supplies to the terrace for an event. Had to wait for 3 rounds to get into the smelly elevator. We were told we could use the rooftop pool. However when we did reach the pool, they said we couldn’t use it as it was being cordoned off for a wedding later in the day. Overall an unpleasant experience

It’s not been the greatest stay. Staff reapply poor. Manager don’t care

The staff was poor , they took 25 minutes to checkin and every evening when we returned to hotel our key won’t work. They had to take 20 minutes to sort while we wait outside room. I asked manager to call she has at called me yet to discuss the issue.

The rooms are old and dilapidated. cables were hanging out of electric panels in bathroom. Dustbin not opening, Lift seems ancient. Approach to room through banquet and using old lift. TV was not working in the room. Regarding housekeeping, only 1 towel in the room, no Tissue box. Excessively long waiting time for check in. Even though, my room was paid in full in adavnce, still booked another hotel and shifted. Preferred to lose money rather than staying there.

Property was so dirty everywhere is smoking smells And receptionist has no knowledgable about Expedia booking! I booked the room with king size bed and The surprise is this bed has two mattress which make you feel like you sleeping on twin beds! this Ramada hotel deserve only two star

It was a comfortable hotel and comfortable bed food was good

The access to my room was through a corridor and there Was a horrible smell when you pass from there. I think they should improve the access

Booked this particular hotel as it was close to the airport and we just needed to stay 1 night on our trip back from Himachal. On the day of checkout I left my powered spectacles in the room by mistake. Someone from hotel called to inform me but I was already at the airport boarding my flight. Once I reached my city, I tried calling the hotel back but have not found my lost pair of glasses. It has been 5days and I have called the hotel back everyday but they are unable to locate the glasses and have taken no initiative to call back and inform me of the status. Everyday a different person answers the call and there is absolutely no ownership on the part of the staff. Looks like I will have to make a new pair of prescription glasses as there is absolutely no response from the Ramada Plaza hotel.

Food is amazing

A home away from home staff were warm and welcoming and were helpful. Comfortable large room

They dont listen to your requests ...having to repeat yourself they will fix it but why do I have to tell someone twice what I wished.....

the staff was hospitable but they had very little knowledge about tourist attractions in the city. rooms were clean but infrastructure was little poor..the hinges of the door were weak and the tv remote wasnt working.food was good but way over priced.overall quality was little careless but comfortable none the less. I would recommend it for a few days since the location was good.

Poor service worst cleanliness bathrooms choked despite complaint none bothered my worst experience. Expedia should not misguide customers whatever I said it is in knowledge of. Hotel management remove it from list Expedia
