Easy check-in and polite staff.
Room and bathroom very clean
Very comfortable bed, quiet. Slept well on our layover between flights. Woke refreshed and ready for our next long flight.
Buffet food available in the lounge next to hotel.

Small but efficient room. Lovely water pressures in the shower. No window—sit feels a little claustrophobic. And because it is in the airport it is chilly and can’t be made warmer.

It is a good system to have for travellers with long haul itineraries - to have a break of 6 hours where you can lie down/sleep during a 24 - 30 hour flying schedule. It was very comfortable and clean and staff very helpful Thankyou

Airport hotel! Needed a accessible layover so can’t fault Singapore airport

All staff we encountered were very rude. We were told they had no rooms even though we had made a reservation. They told me to cancel it even though a refund would not be available.
Staff then said they did have rooms but they were being saved for “other arriving guests”. We had just arrived on a different flight and had an overnight layover. After going back and forth for 20 minutes and showing them our confirmed booking, they reluctantly took us to a clean room.
The room also had no hot water in the sink or shower.

We had a quite and comfy stay. I booked very last minute (like 10 minute before checking in) and when I walked in there were many people coming in, turned out we booked the last room. I recommend book in advance. Terminal 3 at night was quiet. We had 4 meals (2 per each) for 12 hour stay. It was alright.

The staff and check in was pleasant and efficient. The room and amenities was good for the 6 hour short stay.

For a transit hotel, our check-in process was extremely slow and frustrating. The purpose of these hotels with 6 or 12 hour booking windows is to maximize time to get sleep. The lady who checked us in took about 45 min, and was helping people off to the side.
