Best night of our two week road trip! Bed was amazing and the room was spacious and accommodating.

Clean rooms, friendly front desk with 6 women checking in at once, good breakfast.

This is, hands down, my favorite hotel in Lubbock. I always take my family here when we are in town. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is yummy, and the hotel is clean.

Checked in and went straight to the pool which smelled like fish and is straight salt. Went to dinner and came to our room to see pee stains on our sheets, burn marks all over the curtains. Hair everywhere. The walls are disgusting and the elevator has stains all over the flooring. For this to be a “new” hotel, it looks worse than some of the older ones we have stayed at. Would not recommend.

The day receptionist was not very friendly. The night one was much better Pool was not open until Friday. Breakfast was par. No milk for my grandsons.

Friendly staff!

Not a thing! Very unhappy!! Room flooded and front desk Lisa and Tiffany would not offer any assistance. Lisa said no rooms available to move us to. Tiffany would not even call Maintenance. I feel both front desk employees did not try hard enough to accommodate even after I mention that I was a member and had made a mistake not knowing that I had membership discounts with this hotel! Inappropriate and felt it could of been even a little racial!

We stayed 2 nights to move our son home from Texas Tech for the summer. We prepaid for 3 nights but didn’t stay the third night. They did give me a refund for the night we didn’t stay. The Hotel was clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. The outdoor area and pool was nice but it was too cold to swim. The outdoor cushions were a little dirty though and the fire was not turned on. The staff was very nice but the breakfast was a huge letdown. There were only a few options and it was never restocked once it ran out. We didn’t even eat the second morning because all of the food was gone by 8am and the coffee was terrible. It was Very disappointing. There was also no bartender at the “bar” so if you are leaning towards staying based on that it’s not really operational. Definitely not a fun bar scene to unwind like some hotels have. It was 2 beers in a cooler with no attendant. Overall stay was ok. Five minutes to campus.

The bathroom sink was stopped up and it took about 1 1/2 hours for them to get there. The manager tried first with no luck and then got the maintenance guy to come with the plumbing supplies and finally got it unclogged. The shampoo and other products smell really good. There’s hotels that you could knock over a horse with, but these smelled really good.

Everything was amazing but the bed, a little too worn out.

Pillows were not comfortable

It was a good stay. It was very comfortable. The temperature in the room did not adjust to what it was set to and was either air conditioning or heat. At breakfast there was no water and were no forks. We understand they were waiting for corporate to authorize a water just but there should have been an alternative. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We really liked that we could leave a tip for our room cleaner by QR code as we were short on cash. There were several outlets in our room that did not work. Overall our experience was really good with just a few exceptions.

Start with the wallpaper in our room. Dreadful. The kind of wallpaper I would actually pay not to have. So-so breakfast, no restaurant. Staff friendly enough but the place feels isolated and cut off and looks shabby. We won’t stay there again, and if we’d taken a little longer we could’ve found find a nicer better-appointed place for the same price or lower. Not terrible by any means. Just not good. Uninspiring, unimaginative, uninteresting.

I highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, and the room was spotless. We will be coming back soon.

Beautiful hotel with the most comfortable beds and fluffy pillows that actually stay fluffy. The staff were very nice. The hotel was very clean and in a great location next to a lot of dining & shopping options.
