The team at Hyatt have been amazing. My partner rolled her ankle near the top of Triund and the hotel arranged for her to be stretchered off the mountain and taken straight to hospital for x-rays. The staff have been most attentive and concerned for her wellbeing. Really impressed!! Thank you .. thank you

Joseph was extremely helpful in planning our visit. At the property, Sneha was commendable at the restaurant especially in helping out with my fussy children. One small extra step on her part and I will definitely be visiting again. Commendable service from the entire team.

It is an amazing property. The location is superb. And the staff was very friendly. They made us feel special. Right from the front desk, to house keeping and the restaurant staff.

Lovely Hotel

We stayed for 4 nights at the Hyatt, the hotel is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The pool was closed so it was a bit disappointing but all the staff workers were really nice and helpful. The food was very good, and the were happy to prepare dishes especially for the kids. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The food and service in the restaurant was very good as well. Our rooms were clean and housekeeping was on demand due to COVID guidelines. Nevertheless we got our rooms cleaned daily with a turn down service in the evening. Overall a very good stay.

A beautiful property in sync with the surroundings. Very clean and a friendly staff. We got a very nice guide for the treks. One area where improvement can be done is the food. Especially the bakery. We were overall happy !

We had a lovely time at the Hyatt Mcleodganj / Dharamshala. Great location, property, amenities, and most importantly - absolutely great staff who went out of their way every chance they got. From Parminder at the front desk to Sneha and Chand in the restaurant and Dawa at the spa, these four really stood out in their gracious and impeccable hospitality. Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Stayed from 11th to 14th Feb in a Club Room with garden. Family of 3. Good – The courteousness of the staff, cleanliness of the property, heated indoor pool, complimentary transport arrangement to and from city square. Average – Room, Breakfast spread, activity options, bar. Bad – Food, Food & Food. Seriously need to train the kitchen staff as well as the serving / attending staff. Examples below : Ordered Chicken Caeser Salad and Smoked Chicken Pizza for dinner in restaurant. Salad was all soggy with twice the amount of salt. Pizza had wet oily limp base and tandoori chicken topping instead of smoked chicken (apparently the serving staff thought tandoori chicken and smoked chicken are the same) Ordered hot chocolate in room. The drink was like a sugar syrup and the person bringing the drink had covered the cup with the bill folder instead of a plate or even a foil. The bill folder had a big milk froth ring when he handed it to me for signing. So much for COVID cleanliness protocols. Ordered a cheese platter during breakfast. The cheeses were all absolutely dry and crumbly as if they had been bought last year, gone through the COVID quarantine for an year and brought out recently for serving. The list can go on…… Recommend stay here and eat out as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants all through the city serving very decent food

Courteous and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. To name a few, Arup, Nandan and Sanbir were very helpful. Will certainly stay the next time I'm around.

The hotel was clean, accessible and the staff were so courteous and helpful. They offer you with a complementary pick up and drop each day. Breakfast buffet was monotonous and thats the only set back :) Special mention to Amit, Lucky and Priyanka. These people were so amazing and helpful. They go an extra mile to ensure your stay a pleasant one!

Location cleanliness ambience hospitality are excellent

The hotel is very good and has peaceful surroundings but the road leading to the hotel is very bad and narrow and it is very difficult even for experienced drivers.

A superb hotel with excellent hospitality and location! Would rate it more than 5 star if i could.. these guys go the extra mile in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Ammenities and location are perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing winter holiday
