The property was everything I could ask for the balcony view was everything

beautiful pool, and super comfy beds:) wish i could of had more dining options at the hotel . There was no free breakfast , although they did have one with a fee . my daughter had a seizure on the premises and the staff was very understanding and tried to accommodate us. we had to change out entire flight due to this and they were able to let us stay in our room for a minimal charge .:) we were a little ways from the beach which required a lyft . they said there was a shuttle but we didn’t see it. overall i would recommend

Her only complaint was the shower option had no door. Otherwise, everything was top-notch. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was wonderful! They even checked on me via text during my stay. They also offered a free shuttle service to south beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! The best ever hotel bathroom I’ve ever stayed at lots of water pressure and hot water! Beautifully updated and clean! No carpet in the room!!! Close to everything and the free shuttle was great! Denise the driver is the best tour guide! Highly recommend this property!

Friendly and welcoming staff, great location (near shopping and restaurants - walkable), clean rooms, comfortable bed, beautiful rooftop pool. Safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t like the fact that it was no microwave in the room or that I had to pay to use the robes. I asked for cleaning service and all they did was changed the bedding and new towels for $1200 i excepted more for my buck

We had a great experience at this hotel. It was in a great location for shopping, dining out. With stores right across the street. Such as grocery, pharmacy, and much more. The only complaint I have is the beach is a bit too far to walk. They provide transportation to and from anywhere you would like to go. However, we were unaware that the transportation service is only available on certain days of the week. I stayed Saturday-Thursday and transportation was not available for any of our days. I was incredibly disappointed with this. Considering how much was spent to get to and from the beach and anywhere else we weren’t able to walk to. I would definitely stay here again. I think next time I will just make sure when the transportation is available.

Amazing stay

Loved this hotel. The room was big, and comfortable. It had a huge walkout patio. Will definitely be coming back here. Very close to Lincoln Street, which has great restaurants, and shopping.

Enjoyed everyday 5 day trip valet was great housekeepers were great only thing i can say i didnt like was room was too small for the price but enjoyed it will definitely come back

This place is nice. We stayed at a busy time and they were at full capacity; surprisingly the front desk staff handled it very well. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and so are the rooms. Location is abit far to walk but we ubered when needed.

Great stay at Kimpton Palomar. The rooms are amazing, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. The hotel isn’t on the beach, but has beach access with loungers at a great location on Collins Avenue. 5 minute walk to Lincoln Road. Will be staying here again on future trips to Miami

Hotel was very nice and quiet with rooftop pool. Also very close to mall within walking distance!

Great location and value. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

There was a flood on the porch while my younger niece was sitting outside the water fell on her head.the lights and air was out for hours.

We only stayed one day so we did not experience many amenities. The price of parking was about $50 a day. The valet was not there when we arrived which led to some confusion. There is a mini bar in the room and everything is priced very high per usual for mini bars. There was no store in the hotel and there was not one near by. There is also no refrigerator in the room which was inconvenient.
