The staff is very accommodating. Whatever you need they will literally find it for you if they don’t have it. They also provide a free shuttle that takes you anywhere around the south beach area which runs until 6pm everyday.

The whole hotel is immaculate! We enjoyed every are from the driveway, lobby, elevator, room, rooftop pool, cafe/restaurant, and every corner of the place. Beautiful art and decor throughout. I liked the lighting a lot as well. Shout-out to Jimmy at the front desk for being the man. He was very patient with a guest in front of us who was......not so patient. Jimmy handled it wonderfully and was extremely helpful and polite to me and my wife. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

Overall, great stay. Comfortable, clean room, friendly staff. Only downside is the resort fee. I was there on a day when the shuttle was not available and also when it was raining so the pool and bar were closed. Not really sure what I was paying for...

Second time staying at this location & would definitely stay here again. The staff is wonderful & friendly. The rooms are clean and up to date. Pool area is nice and clean. The only downside is that we had to request the room be cleaned one but they were very quick to do so. Lovely hotel a a in a great location to everything.

I am so incredibly disappointed in my most recent stay at the Kimpton Palomar hotel in Miami Beach. I have stayed here multiple times, mainly because we love the location and the rooftop pool deck. Unfortunately, this most recent trip was a disaster. Originally I booked the room through Expedia prepaid from Fri-Mon. I then was able to take an additional day away, so I booked Thursday through my IHG rewards points. Upon check in, I was asked to swipe my card once for $150 for the first night hold, and then again for $300 incidentals for the remainder of the stay. The concierge was kind as to only hold $300 for the last 3 nights. The next day, in the lobby I was approached because there was some sort of system failure and they wanted to swipe my card again for the incidentals. When I checked my credit card transactions, I realized there were THREE debits made by Kimpton. One for $150, one for $300 and another mystery charge of $200. It was explained to me that somehow, even though I prepaid through Expedia the computer got confused and automatically charged me for a night with my card on file. This seemed really strange and upsetting. I have been assured that all of these charges will be credited back to my card, although I do not see anything credited back as of today. This is highly highly disappointing and stressful, especially when the purpose of the trip is to have a relaxing beach weekend. We wasted so much time on this back and forth being stressed

Parking was expensive and terrible.

The rooms look new, very clean modern and comfortable.

I wish it would have been shared that the only convenient parking option was $59/day valet! The other option is to find open parking along the streets of Miami Beach.

They need more supervision in the pool area, people get wild!

My stay at the Palomar was amazing. I arrived extremely early and was able to check in to my room. The receptionist welcomed me with a complementary glass of wine. The food at there restaurant was also amazing. Lastly, the free trolley takes you right to south beach, talk about convenience.Well worth it and would recommend anyone to stay there.

beautiful pool, and super comfy beds:) wish i could of had more dining options at the hotel . There was no free breakfast , although they did have one with a fee . my daughter had a seizure on the premises and the staff was very understanding and tried to accommodate us. we had to change out entire flight due to this and they were able to let us stay in our room for a minimal charge .:) we were a little ways from the beach which required a lyft . they said there was a shuttle but we didn’t see it. overall i would recommend

Nice hotel but don’t get a “City View”

Her only complaint was the shower option had no door. Otherwise, everything was top-notch. Would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! The best ever hotel bathroom I’ve ever stayed at lots of water pressure and hot water! Beautifully updated and clean! No carpet in the room!!! Close to everything and the free shuttle was great! Denise the driver is the best tour guide! Highly recommend this property!

I didn’t like the fact that it was no microwave in the room or that I had to pay to use the robes. I asked for cleaning service and all they did was changed the bedding and new towels for $1200 i excepted more for my buck
