Great hotel, super clean, great staff! Hotel was around corner from concert venue. Will return here if I’m ever in Grand Rapids again

We pretty much liked everything about the hotel itself. The big downside was the traffic noise almost throughout the night.

Easy check in and check out process, friendly staff, and located in a great walking area.

I wasn’t informed about having to pay $30 to park until I got there. It should be told upfront to customers

Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very disappointed they only had one complimentary bike for the whole hotel....

Parking is not close. No airport shuttle. I don’t mind paying for breakfast. No water or coffee to go. Room next door was loud and having party.

This hotel had a new, modern feel to it. It was in a good location and had a nice room. It was my first time at a hotel without carpet in the rooms and i wasnt sure how I'd feel about it but I didn't end up minding.

It’s a modern hotel in the heart of the downtown area. We have always liked Hilton properties but Canopy might not be for us. Several issues: the TV didn’t work well, no clock in the room, very low bed, and nespresso espresso pods that makes about 2oz of coffee at a time. The TV has a weird interface (maybe just the fact that it’s satellite) and didn’t work well - lagging / frozen / sometimes non existent video and distorted audio. We called front desk and she said it happens sometimes as it’s “satellite in the city.” She offered to come up and “ fiddle with it” but I had already restarted it and it was late. Also lots of street noise so not a quiet location Some of these observations would undoubtedly be ok for many, but not great for us.

Nice property. Lover the deck but very expensive. Really weird furnishings. No Restaurant or bar open after 10:00. Food in the upper bar was Ok but the menu was limited. Parking was a Joke. Had to pay $60 for 12 hrs. Highway robbery if you ask me. Very inconvenient parking and access. I would not stay there again because of the 400 room and 60 for parking and no food!!!

Super cute hotel in a fun area

We stayed here for 4 nights and our room was not serviced until our last day. We asked several times and still our room went without cleaning until our final day. This was disappointing because the hotel was otherwise perfectly lovely

Great newer option in downtown Grand Rapids. Loved having a cocktail on the roof! Rooms are small but well laid out and comfortable. Love the added touch of a barn door to close off the sleeping area from hallway or bathroom noise. Front desk staff were engaging and smiling but at check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

Good staff, modern facility, very clean, good location ( convenient downtown local). I couldn’t get espresso machine to work in room. Would have preferred a regular coffee appliance. Shower water faucet came off. I was able to put it back on. Set screw on shower water faucet needs to be tightened down.
