Very professional staff, friendly and polite. Meals were of good quality and the Wi-Fi was good. No sports channels in room though but available at the bar…premier league is critical for some of us :) Thanks I enjoyed my stay and felt well looked after!

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And I’ve stayed in many. And without a doubt it has the absolute best staff. Shuttle was spot on. I was treated like I owned the place. Can say enough good.

I had a great time staying in best western. The staffs were amazing and helpful especially Tsion. I just wished the beds were a bit bigger in two bed rooms. I really liked the breakfast buffet as well. We will definitely be back soon.

The staff were generally very courteous and respectful, however two events could have been handled better by the young duty managers. One involved confusion over whether a room had been prepaid, it had, but they had switched on arrival with a second room booked that had not, resulting in an overall aggressive accusation, the second over non functioning air conditioning, which never worked, was reported and supposedly fixed, but clearly wasn’t. In the first case an error on their part should have been opportunity for a graceful remedy (we asked for nothing), however the team given multiple opportunities to let us know there appeared a to be a problem, waited for our 82yr old guest to enter a vehicle to leave, before in a rather clumsy way accusing him and the driver of attempting to leave without paying, 3 hrs after he had checked out with the front desk. They knew I was staying another night and the booking was in my name, so could have raised the query with me, but did not, waiting instead for him to leave then allowing for a scene. With the second issue, (and this time, I did ask for a rebate on our next booking), we were told it would be requested, but we never heard back. Dinner was supper and greatly appreciated, breakfast simple, omelettes good.

In my previous review, I commended the quality of the facilities, a sentiment that remains unchanged. However, during my latest interaction, I encountered a significant discrepancy in the billing process. Despite arranging through Hotel.com to settle my account at the property in the local currency, I was surprised to discover upon attempting to finalize my bill that my credit card had already been charged without my direct authorization. Furthermore, the amount debited exceeded the original booking quote, adding to my confusion. Upon inquiry, it was unclear who initiated the charge, as I had not provided my credit card details directly to the hotel, nor had I consented to such a transaction. The hotel staff, though apologetic, was unable to rectify the situation. This incident underscores a crucial caution regarding the hotel’s billing practices. Despite this, it’s important to note the hotel’s advantageous location within the heart of the city, which, along with its commendable facilities, continues to make it a favorable option. Future guests are advised to remain vigilant about their billing arrangements to avoid similar misunderstandings.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The airport transfer is very conveniently organized. Check-in was quick and easy! The hotel room (#709) was comfortable and great for a transit stay. For a longer stay, I recommend a different room as the windows were small. Breakfast was tasty and complete. After checking out, I discovered an issue with the invoice which was subsequently solved quickly. I recommend the place!

Excellent service from the staff, 5 minutes by hotel shuttle to the airport and of course great coffee and cake!

The free shuttle bus is very nice and convenient for us. The breakfast is really good and delicious:) Excellent service!

The hotel is in a prime location and located at the heart of the city. Staff are very friendly and courteous and very accommodating. The room is very clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent it includes both local and your typical breakfast foods. The gym isn’t exactly fully equipped, but who really comes to Addis to use the gym? lol I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable

The hotel staff will go the extra mille to make your stay memorable. The breakfast buffet is limited, very little options in fruit (watermelon/mango..sometimes banana), cheese was missing, etc. Ok gym in the 10th floor. Wifi in the rooms were poor sometimes not working.

The property is good in overall but there is a problem in the draining of water in the shower they should fix it Also the lady check my bag when I check out for missing hanger that was not professional at all

Poor service, room was not available even though i was checking in at 8pm. Had to wait over 1 hour.

I liked being quiet, the fast service upon arrival and upon request. What I didn’t like is not to include a breakfast freely.

My room had a very small window. It felt like I was in a closet. Also, the bathroom had a very unpleasant strong smell. Not sure if it was the drain or just the water in general. The staff was very nice.
