Great place to stay.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, especially the bartender at the SkyBar and the housekeeping staff, Rose. Conveniently located near a variety of shopping and food options. Only disappointment was the low water pressure in the bathroom shower.

Great place to stay. I’ll be looking for Cambria Hotels in all my future travels. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Exhausted, I finally got in bed around 11:00pm. The bed sheet felt sandy, so I jumped up, turned on a light and pulled back the top sheet. I felt completely grossed out when I saw what looked like 50 or more roach poops on the filled sheet. As I only wanted to sleep, I checked the other bed in the room. Though there was less, it also had roach poop on the fitted sheet. I called the front desk, got a key to a different and larger room. Unfortunately, both beds in the other room were also noticeably dirty in the same way. So, after midnight, I found myself having to drive to a different hotel, which thankfully, had clean sheets.

The stay was amazing! I only gave it four stars because of the housekeeping. I requested service on three occasions but never received it. My stay was four nights. They did replace my towels.

It was all wonderful except for not having hot water for shower for part of the stay.

Excellent place to stay. The staff is so friendly. It was raining pretty hard and the front desk staff gave me an umbrella to borrow to get to my car. Very great stay.

Very nice property and very convenient location right next to Rock Hill Events Center. Staff was nice and courteous but they’re understaffed. Had to wait several times for 5 minutes because no one was at front desk. Requested housekeeping but never got it.

Nice and helpful staff.

We love the Cambria in Rock Hill for its close proximity to Winthrop University - but also for the friendly staff, the excellent service and clean rooms. The warm welcome is appreciated on each visit. We usually end up having one morning of breakfast and coffee one time and drinks at the rooftop. All recommended! I have recently enjoyed walking over to the Power House area for beers and cocktails outside and food. You can't go wrong here.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was not as clean as expected. The floors were not clean, and bathroom. Staff friendly and accommodating !!

Great place to stay.

We were there to celebrate my grandmothers 98th birthday. Check in was great Keisha was lovely and helpful. Things went downhill after that. The next day the agent at the desk at 5pm on Friday checked my brother into my room instead of his prebooked room. I had to intercede to correct. There was a kids basketball tournament in town and the hotel was sold out. On our floor kids were running around and banging on guests doors. It was jarring and it scared my 9year old daughter. I reported to the front desk and asked for a manager to call me. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received a call. Breakfast was great with Christine. But very disappointed in the lack of follow up from management.

Apparently the heat pump had gone out and there was no hot water is certain areas. When the issue was reported the staff said run the water for 30-45 min and it would eventually get hot. Requested a new room and later heard the front desk complaining about me to the custodian. The pillows are like pancakes. Very disappointed! Will joint be staying here again
