The hotel was fine but valet parking was ridiculous. Keep in mind this is an area we are unfamiliar with. There was only 1 attendant when we got there so we ended up parking ourselves after going around the block 4 times, we then gave the keys to valet for the overnight. In the morning we had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to show up to even get the car keys. However they couldn't find them. The car was parked right outside the hotel and we discovered that the car had been left unocked. It took another 45 minutes for them to find the keys. The attendant said they were left in another car.

Everything was quiet, comfortable and clean.

I paid for a room with a city view and instead I saw nothing, just into an another building. Half the bed was snuck in. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and clean!

Fantastic customer service with clean, comfortable room and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

The valet was a little unorganized

This Location was everything, close to all the sports venue Grocery store and CVS The dinning experience was awesome drinks was a little expensive but ok it's the price around that area. Two thumbs up.

We visited Phoenix to celebrate our anniversary and attend an event that was going on in downtown, this hotel was a part of that event and an excellent location for walking around the area. Unfortunately, despite the hotels many highlights, the staff was absolutely not one of them and consistently left us baffled at their lack of professionalism and general attitude. Upon checking in we were not acknowledged until we made a point to gain their attention and there were other staff gossiping amongst themselves as we checked in with one of the staff. After we got our room (which was a great room) we came back downstairs to get a drink at the bar as part of starting the event we were attending and the staff again made us feel like we were inconveniencing them using their facility. We left the hotel to continue on in the event and found getting around town on foot to be very walkable and with a lot to offer for entertainment. At the end of the day when we arrived back at the hotel, we tried to get a nightcap to cheers our anniversary only to find the restaurant bar staff (different people than earlier) again sharply dismiss us saying the “kitchen was closing in 30 min” with an unprompted attitude then realizing we were only there for a glass of wine. We got the two glasses and headed to the room. While I would say this location and its condition were of high quality, the manner we were treated by staff completely soured the whole experience. Service makes a difference!

Hotel stay was great. Location was perfect. Close to many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Hotel staff was super nice and helpful.

We couldn’t stay the night, there was no parking anywhere downtown, and pick up trucks do not fit in the valet parking. So we had to buy booted room.

My favorite place to stay in PHX live how close it is to Chase Stadium

One night stay for an event. Everything was OK. Their on site restaurant and bar is good and convenient. Rooms are kinda small for my taste, but its not the most expensive room in downtown PHX.

it was ok. The bed is hard and the room was not cool enough. It's a good location. Staff was somewhat pleasant. Definitely not worth the price.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The 24 hour market is a nice feature!

It was a great location for concerts and events. Parking was easy, expensive but everywhere is! The towels had stains but otherwise room was clean.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It’s quiet and has respectful staff. I didn’t like that the parking wasn’t within the hotel it was about a block or two down and the valet drop off is very reduced parking space right by the road. Also wouldn’t recommend to be walking out at night around the area!

Staff was welcoming, efficient and helpful. Property is clean. Generous breakfast options; the bar more than adequate and seating areas comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

There is major construction going on that made it uncomfortable both coming and going and because of the noise all day. The “free” breakfast now costs $11.00 per person. I skipped it so I don’t know what it involved or whether it was the same help yourself buffet. Dining options very limited and at a non-busy time it took the wait staff almost 30 minutes to take my order, and 45 minutes to get my invoice (15 minutes of that was after I reached out and asked her for it).

Great restaurant, morning staff and mid shift staff didn’t care if you walked off a ledge, they need some personality. Found left items in drawers from previous guests.

They staff was very friendly. Im not used to using valet parking but it was good. The valets were friendly. The housekeeping stsff was very friendly
