Friendly staffs. Special thanks to Miss Ishiga Saya. She assisted us a lot during our 9 nights stay. She was kind and helpful. Other staffs were also professional and nice! Breakfast is delicious!

The house keeping service needs to improve! We finished the soap bottle, left on the sink for attention, but they did not refill! We stayed in the loft room, the hand rail on the stairs were covered by layers of dust since we checked in and did not clean until we checked out! The house keeping maids mainly tidied our bed and changed the towels.

조식이 싼건 아닌데 부모님이 아무거나 다 잘드시는거 아니면 추천!! 목욕탕에 샴푸 컨디셔너 바디워시 페이스앤핸드워시 있어요. 방에서 목욕탕이랑 프런트 붐비는정도 보여줘요. 엘베에서 방키 대야만 층 누를수있는데 방 목욕탕 층만 선택 가능해요. 바로 앞에 24시간 마트 있어요. 지하철에서 바지런히 걸으면 5분정도 걸음 느리면 최대 10분내에 도착해요.. 택시 잘 다녀요

쓰레기는 매일 봉투에 담아서 따로 뒀는데 4일내내 들고가진 않았어요.. 쓰레기통에만 두었어야했나 싶어요.. 방키없으면 엘베 층을 못눌러요.. 주변이 유흥가라서 밤에 조금 혼잡해요

Rooms were a great size and loved the location we were in the middle of all the sights. Staff were always really helpful and they also offer luggage service to send your bags on to your next destination.

Room design wasn’t convenient if traveling with someone apart from your spouse. The bathroom is small and separated from the beds with just a sliding door that offered no privacy. No coffee or tea sachets were offered. I have stayed at Cross Hotel Osaka twice and the experience was fantastic.

Comfortable bed with sofa, self-service amenities, easy to walk to other sightseeing spots. Supermarket just opposite open till so late, super convenient to grab fruits and snacks. Shower's water pressure very strong, it's good though without bathtub.

A bit dusty in the room and public bath's locker area. Only hair dryer in public bath, better go back to room for face cleaning.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Adjoining room layout was very convenient for my family. They were able to provide a nice and study baby cot for my 1 year old. Loved the onsen.

The hotel itself was a little bit of a walk (8-10 mins) from the nearest bus or train stop, but there are a lot of little neighborhood restaurants to try.

The hotel is new and in a good location. The room is new, clean and comfy.
