Clean and close to most things, not far from shops. The house had Netflix and games for the children.

Didn't like that it was 3 floors, which was not clearly stated , I had a hard time going up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Location was really good. Close to shops and restaurants.

Need a better bed base for two of the rooms as you can feel the metal slats when you lie down

Very comfortable beds and couches. Great location with Netflix to entertain the kids at night. As a family of 6 it was perfect for us, we'll definitely rebook on our next visit to Belfast.

House location is perfect. Big and light bedrooms.

I couldn't use the tumble dryer because was full of lint and dust.

Nice spacious bedrooms. Kitchen with all needs present. Very clean. Although it is an older house everything in the house was finished well and worked. Very nice to stay in a street in Belfast between residents

Was not clear before booking that Pass the keys is a system for home owners which automatically arranges the stay, key, etc. t by sending emails and text messages. At the end it worked out well but it was sort of surprise..

Location, close to local shops, bus stops and stations

Issues with TV and some confusion around late check out. Options on booking.com state contact can be made to enquire regarding late check out and when enquiry made believe this was never an option as kept being told to vacate normal check out time.

Really beautiful and tastefully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable
