We really liked staying here. A little flavor of local life, comfortable lodgings and an incredible terrace and access to Alhambra. Also very convenient to every other tourist and gastronomic hot spot. Would come right back here next time in Granada.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in Granada and the location of this apartment was perfect for us. We're not young and we managed the walk uphill to the Alhambra a total of four times. We loved that as soon as you walked outside the apartment, there was a buzz of something going on with several stores in Cuesta Gomerez itself. Within minutes you are at the Plaza Nueva where it is always lively and there are taxis and buses to get you anywhere you want to go for a really good price. It is also a short walk to the souk - which is a maze of colour and variety, of souvenir shops and eateries. The magnificent Cathedral is also just a short ten minute walk away. The apartment has a view of the Alhambra from every window and there is also a great view of it from the upper terrace and also the city itself. The apartment has all the amenities you need and is very comfortable all round. Last but not least, Asun was always contactable and very helpful with anything we needed. Would love to stay there again.

Really enjoyed Belvedere condo! The location is perfectly situated for visiting the Alhambra. It is clean, comfortable & within a short walk to the Alhambra & to downtown. It is perfectly described. All the information you need is provided in a binder & in a few places throughout the condo. Highly recommend staying.

The apartment is excellent but what sets it apart from other excellent apartments is the location. You walk out of the building, turn right and in 25 meters you are in the Alhambra Forest. Another 75 meters and you pass the statue of Washington Irving (Tales of the Alhambra). Another 100 meters and you enter the Justice Gate of Alhambra. The apartment is also close to the Granada Cathedral and the old quarter, the Albaicin. Now the bad news: most of the interesting stuff is on hills which involves a bunch of stairs and uphill climbs. We had four sunny days in cool November. If the weather is hot, good luck. We used the apartment's elevator, another good feature, to drag our tired legs inside during our four days in Granada. We went to Al Alhambra every day for at least an hour during the late afternoon. Did I mention that the apartment is excellent?

We have stayed in short term rental facilities all over europe. Sometimes you win and sometimes you do not. This property is most definitely a winner for all the right reasons. If you're visiting alhambra, This property is literally right at the base of the hill that takes you up there. The place was Stocked beautifully and has so much charm it's hard to describe. My wife was very impressed at all of the travel literature that was available there. If it is available do not hesitate to book this place. You will absolutely love it.

Highly recommended! Right at the foot of the Alhambra forest, restaurants, groceries and artisan shops right at the doorstep. Stunning shared terrace atop the property with amazing sunset views and views of the Alhambra! Our host greeted us within seconds of arriving and the apartment is very charming, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay. It was so spacious, clean and had amazing view from the terrace. It was an excellent location near Alhambra, shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is immediately off the Alhambra forest and we can see the Alhambra Alcazaba from our balconies! It is within short walking distances to great restaurants, souvenir shops and markets. The property is very clean and has all the amenities a traveler needs away from home. The host, Asun, is excellent!! She went above and beyond to assist my mother who uses a walker. We will definitely come back here when we return to Granada next year and to stay much longer since we found such a wonderful flat!!

The apartment was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and The Alhambra. Check in was smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, updated, and comfortable for a family of four.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and conveniently located in the old part of the city, just a 5 minute walk up the hill from Plaza Nueva. Here were able to easily catch the visitor tram to Alhambra. With several shops and restaurants nearby, we parked our car and navigated the area for two days on foot. There is a rooftop terrace, but unfortunately, the access door was locked. Thank you, Carmen for sharing your apartment with us.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights in order to visit the Alhambra and the historic city. Immaculately clean, extremely well-equipped kitchen, and wonderful location which allowed us to walk all over, including to the Alhambra. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others.

We were very pleased with the property, clean, quiet, and had everything necessary for us. The best feature of this property is its location. It is central to everything and just feet away from the entrance to the Alhambra Forest. I would recommend it to everyone and would stay there again.

Elevator was a huge plus! Appreciated the clear instructions and expectations from the owner who was very kind and accommodating. The view at sunset was incredible from the upper terrace - well worth the climb. Proximity to Alhambra and stores did not disappoint. With all the activity around us - apt was quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

We were pleasantly surprised to see how close by and accessible we were to the entrance of the Alhambra, the main reason we visited Granada. The apartment is very comfortable and has access to an outdoor patio with fabulous views of the city and Alhambra. This was a five star experience for sure! Lovely apartment within 100m of the 16th century gate (Puerta de las Granadas) to the Alhambra grounds. Everything was perfect - beds, kitchen, bathroom, location, check-in, wifi, elevator etc.

The rooftop was nice but in the shade most of the day. We had bread there and the view of the fortress was impressive. Super quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Host had maps and guidebooks, which was nice.

This apartment is situated in a beautiful apartment complex, one street away from the Alhambra at one side, and Plaza Nueva on the other. Despite that it is very quiet. It is comfortable and clean, and has all amenities you might need. Communication was smooth through HomeAway messages. We had a wonderful stay!

Communication with Carmen was quick and easy. She was truly lovely, and when we had an issue with the heat, she was over promptly to rectify the situation. The location can’t be beat, with the Alhambra in view from the apt entrance. Plenty of little amenities in the kitchen are those nice little details that make a stay much more formidable, esp with a 15 mo old in tow. The washer/dryer worked well, and we used it often. Would certainly stay there again.

The location to Alhambra was ideal and close to restaurants and plenty of food stores to get breakfast goodies and any meal you wish to cook in the apartment. If you want to stay in for the night, the apartment had full cooking facilities. Only downside for us is that all our party found the beds to be a little too hard for our liking.

My wife and I had a great time in Grenada, and a big reason was the place where we stayed. Communications with Carmen were prompt, clear and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean. And the location could not have been better. Quiet at night, a quick walk to the Alhambra (and to the most convenient entrance), and easy walking distance to all the main sites in the city. Sunset on the high terrace was a unique and beautiful experience.

This is an amazing property with great location. The lower Pomegranate gate to the Alhambra is just a few steps away. There are wonderful restaurants a short stroll from the door. Although we didn't use the kitchen much, it was well stocked. The pictures don't really do justice to the flat. It is very nice for a stay in Granada. Only regret is that we did not stay for a longer time!
