Everything was great. Only downside is that there is a bar on the beach that plays music until really loud. When I called the hotel front desk they said that it is an independent bar so they can't control the volume. It was a little frustrating, but overall the place was great and this was out of their control. My husband and kids didn't notice the noise so it was fine for them -- I'm just hypersensitive to it.

This was our first time in Aruba and we loved it! The Marriott Surf Club is a wonderful place to stay and offered everything our family needed from clean, beautiful rooms to an amazing property filled with amenities, excellent service and proximity to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Aruba King is the way to go! Can’t say enough about their communication, guidance and value. Highly recommend!!

I have stayed at the Marriott Surf Club numerous times. Always very clean and accommodating. Taxis right out front, available anytime. Love the location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. However, I'd like my review to mostly compliment the Premier Host, King Aruba, Alec Friedman. After running into an issue when obtaining my room, Alec was immediately responsive and corrected the situation within minutes. For that, I am very grateful and had a wonderful birthday celebration and week with my daughters. Thank you Alec for your attentiveness.

Very nice property, rooms very clean, staff is very friendly.
The pool and Lazy river are the best. i have stayed here twice and would recommend it to others.
The only minor thing is that it is at the end of the hotels and is a little bit of a walk to get to the street and other restaurants.

It’s a nice place with a very friendly staff.
We found it way to crowded. The floats that people use for the lazy river annoying. BTW, who goes to Aruba to spend the time in a pool!
The beach looked like a public pool. Full of people and once again their big floats. We had to go to the beach next to us to find a nice space to enjoy ourselves.
We stayed for a week and only once our room got clean.
In a positive note, we stay there because we were able to get two rooms connected and a kitchen. We were a group of 7.

Very well-maintained and the air-conditioning was ice cold throughout the whole property and the food was great. I was just looking for a little more entertainment but overall it was wonderful. People were wonderful and the cab drivers were wonderful.

We had a beautiful beachfront villa on the 7th floor with the best view. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and clean. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The lazy river was amazing and never overly crowded. We booked through King Aruba vacations. Alec was responsive to questions and recommended great restaurants. Very happy with booking through him!

We are just returning from our 5th stay in Aruba and 1st stay at the Marriott Surf Club. Our family of 4: 2 adults & 2 teens found the 2 bedroom condo to be perfect. We each had our own space. The Oceanside View/Lighthouse units are conveniently located to both the pool and beach and just a short walk to the fitness center and lobby. We would stay here again and recommend the Marriott Surf Club to friends and family. Alec was great to work with and answered our questions during the booking process. He reached out after check in to make sure we were happy. My husband and kids were fortunate to meet him on the beach our first day.

My family of 5 really enjoyed the property and spacious living room and kitchen. The location of the hotel is perfect, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The actual kitchen and living room area was perfect for breakfast and lunch in the room as well as snacks and drink preps. Would highly recommend and will plan on staying here when we return.

The listing stated that check in was noon and check out 11 am. I even got a notification that it was time to check in. It appears Marriott has changed its policy as check in is now 4 pm and checkout at 10. We were able to stay in one of the rooms for an hour longer once we asked because our check in at the airport did not start until 1130. Otherwise we would have had to either sit in the lobby for an hour or outside at the airport.
The room itself was exactly at the pictures appeared! Clean and neat and stocked with supplies. This is the second time I have rented from this property manager and would absolutely do it again! Love the Surf Club!

This was overall one of our best vacations. The resort was great with plenty of things to do. Located next to so many things. Like restaurants,beaches,boats,water activities and shopping. The manger of this property was absolutely awesome. The communication was top notch. Can’t wait to go back. Cheers!!!!

Our host Alec was great! Got responses quickly, check in and out was easy and everyone at the resort was kind and accommodating. We got married at the Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino on our visit. We had our three children with us, ages 16, 12 and 10. We decided to stay at the surf club with the children in a 2 bedroom villa with plenty of space and a full kitchen. Plenty of things for the kids to do from the lazy river, pool, bingo, crafts, beach is right in front, pool table, playground, food on site for takeout and restaurants near by. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or host!

We stayed for 2 weeks at the Surf Club and loved every minute of it. The condo was clean, spacious and perfect for our 2 weeks in heaven. Walking distance to town and we had access to all the Marriott properties. We would rent again!
