Great to see some board games and books provided for both adults & children. The iron & ironing board came in handy too and it’s not often you see a washer dryer in accommodation, good idea for long stays. Kitchen had everything you needed, including some cupboard essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc and cleaning things, washer up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, tea towels…we didn’t need to buy or take anything with us. Very happy, we’ve rebooked for Xmas time 😊

Couldn’t watch TV as the batteries were dead in remote. Not really important to us just didn’t have time to nip out your buy any.

The location of the place was good and the staff's dealing was great

The apartment was clean and there were sufficient utensils and it was only around 10 minutes from my mother in Rowley Regis. It was great that we were able to take our dog with us.

The surroundings were less than pleasant with broken glass outside and someone had been smoking in the corridor. The host was a bit uncommunicative, but said that they weren't getting messages sent via the Booking.com site. One evening, we couldn't get the heating on in the lounge, so it was pretty cold and I messaged Alex, but got no response..

Sofa could be a wee more comfortable

Very clean sufficiently spacious. No fuss. As described. You get what you see in pictures.

Comfort of beds and main sofa was ok but not great. Route to parking could be cleaner.

Clean tidy

it was a clean and tidy apartment with all facilities you need for a long or short stay. Alex is great as a host and happy to help with any questions

The oven did not work, this was replaced with an air fryer though
