Didn’t have breakfast. The room was extremely small for the price , it’s my 6th time staying there & it is smallest room yet!!

Size of the room - not acceptable for 2 people !

Loved the presentation and the staff. all excellent. Our martinis were beautifully presented. The staff were really accommodating - even allowing us to order porridge (which was off menu) for Breakfast, which was delicious.

Room was very comfortable and we had been upgraded. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Building is beautiful and the location is perfect.

The iron we borrowed was dirty and not very good.

Everything but the price. I had a marvelous experience but the value for money just wasn’t there. The staff was exceptional though, they made us feel so comfortable.

Breakfast was perfectly perfect!! Staff were super helpful and efficient. Location is excellent, 10 minutes walk into Centre. Deccor is tasteful and really good quality. Parking option is a huge bonus too. From arrival to departure, the staff responded fast and fabulously to all / any requests I made. I needed my bedding replaced with non-feather, non-allergic options and the staff were amazing. Within 15 minutes they were changing the bedding for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant. Will go back again without hesitation.

Maybe a USB port in the room for phone charger would be a useful standard. But in fairness, when I asked staff to provide one it arrived within minutes!

Friendly staff, lovely restaurant, pretty library

Cleaner/ housekeeper couldn't speak English and when we asked her not to come in, she came in all the same. She was a lovely lady all the same.

Reservations were a little tricky, it seems that not all messages came through. The staff were, however, superb. Truly professional and accommodating. The hotel is lovely, great location and a truly five-star experience.

There was just some miscommunication, but I think the staff are working under a lot of pressure.

This beautiful old building is an oasis of calm set in the heart of the city a short walk from restaurants museums shops theatres etc. The rooms are both comfortable and beautifully presented with everything you need. The staff were so friendly and helpful going the extra mile to make our stay perfect and very special.
