The “bag” breakfast was not available and the juice machine was shut off . Coffee in the room was only one package. Breakfast from 6-9 is not convenient

Water leak in the bathroom when taking a shower....Switched rooms and same problems smh

I counted 6 cockroaches in the bathroom shower walks had dried snot on them tv remote didn’t work people outside slinging trash cans up and down the walkway screaming and hollering

This place was a total disappointment. Roaches, clean towels that was dirty. No towels was given we had to ask for them. Requested sheets to be changed and they never did. I will NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS DAYS INN AGAIN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😢 😞

Staff don’t speak English. Bail cart was so raggedy that it barely was usable. And had to go all the way to the office to ask 4 people where it was left at. This location is unsafe even with management walking around. There is a lot to say about my stay. But a would rather someone from management call me about my experience.

We booked a room last minute. You get what you ask for. The sheets were clean but the next morning I went to brush my teeth and there were Gnats in the sink or big fruit flies they were coming out of the drain. There were also a few baby roaches. I won’t be staying there again.

We checked in to the hotel, first thing you notice going to the rooms is the cockroaches running around in front of the rooms. When you get into the room, the sheets were filthy, we do not think they were changed from previous guests. When our kids took their shoes/socks off, their feet immediately turned black after walking on the floor inside of the room. It was the dirtiest, most unsanitary hotel room we had ever seen and we booked 2 rooms and immediately checked out. The first thing about the room noticed was the sheets and I let the front desk person know. He gave me a huge trash bag to lug myself to the room to replace the sheets. But at that point I was worried for my toddlers well being by how dirty the room was so I went to him again and told him we wanted to leave & being that we were only there an hour, I was expecting a refund for the horrifying conditions. He was rude, unprofessional and told me “it’s not fair” because I was there for an hour. We didn’t even use the bathroom or let our kids down, & we weren’t there the hour. We checked in, went to have dinner and came back to see everything. Worst experience ever. The pictures online are deceiving. It does not look like that at all, inside or out.

A few renovations to the room itsself would be great. There was a bug in the bathroom and blonde hairs in the bed

When I checked in the room was filthy and beds were dirty, so I was tired and asked for clean sheets. They came and remade the beds. I went to sleep in the most comfy bed ever. Slept great. In the morning I tried to have a shower, filthy floor,tub, bathroom. Then the shower did not work. So I called the front desk, they offered to move me to a new room. So I moved rooms and continued my stay. The hotel needs some serious updating and cleaning. The staff was very helpful and tried hard to make my stay good.

Well other than Housekeeping not completely doing their job when i asked them to clean and stock the room it was ok. I probably wont stay there again as the area was not what i expected either.

Never stay here. The property is dirty. I had roaches in my room . I switched to another room and that room had soiled . I ultimately had to get a refund and book another room at a different hotel for my stay . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even for a night .

This place is not safe. All the doors open to the outside, and the only "safety lock" is a piece of metal that is too far away and not big enough to do any good. Oh, and my non-smoking room smelled like someone had just been in there smoking weed.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I guess registration is as good a place as any to start. There was only one registration clerk working on a Friday afternoon of a main event happening that night at the Hampton Coliseum. I requested a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes upon arrival, not to mention my bedding had cigarette burns. There were also cigarette burns on the toilet seat. There was hardware missing from the furniture. The air conditioning was not on in the room upon arrival, on a day that was easily 85 . There were 2 of us and when I asked for 4 additional towels/wash cloths, I was told that I could only get 2 due to housekeeping issues. Wyndham really should disassociate themselves with this establishment. The stairwell smelled of piss. Lastly, I paid through Expedia, at the time of booking. I am currently awaiting a refund from Days Inn because they charged my credit card. I will never booked with them again.

There was a lot of 'suspect' activity going on in the area. We did not feel safe.

Drug roach the dirtiest bathroom Mess all over the bathroom not just the toilet. Was a shelter for homeless

Not great had roaches aggressive staff even after paying for stay knocking on the door harassing me to pay even though I already had the shower wouldn't turn on the tub would not drain and nothing was done waste of time and money it was convenient for traveling to my job was the only upside that I have experienced

The location is convenient for the things we were interested in doing, however, the room was infested with roaches.

I only stay one night I had to leave the next day around 10 am had an emergency I put I checked out early but I didn’t receive nothing back

There were too many roaches and the floor in the room was filthy. Other than that the stay was peaceful and quiet. My grandson enjoyed the pool. Think about adding seating for those that smokes cigarettes.

The only complaint I have is they need to change the chair in the room . Every thing else was great

Beds were clean but the room did not reflect what is shown in the pictures. Some items were broken in the room and no breakfast provided. The environment was not very enjoyable.

No parking and bugs in the room

it is a sketchy little place, the room looked like they hadn’t cleaned inbetween guests, both beds had stained sheets and blankets on them, loofah’s were in the shower, the towels were stained, walking across the floor made our socks and feet BLACK with dirt even after showers and we wore shoes in the shower because of how dirty it was overall. when in our car we had a random guy walk up to the window and stare at us (we are 2 females) and it made us feel super uncomfortable and we had to drive/park in a different part of the lot. we slept with a light on and a chair underneath the door handle at night. 10/10 don’t recommend
