Fine and clear hôtel

The hotel and room were comfortable and clean, but a bit tired and faded. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was passable. The Wi-Fi was poor.

Staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms okay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful However the property itself is quite dated. Air conditioners need to be cleaned and filters changed. Carpets in bedrooms and hallways need to be changed as well!!

Super old hotel need update real bad. Carpets are dirty beds are old when we cheked in the bathroom was dirft hair everywere had to go to lobby and ask that they clean the bathroom again. The sofas in the lobby area are so old they bout to fall apart. Bfast was decent but not great like they described it. Beat thing was the location we walked to lots of cool places and its very safe at night

The rooms are very old, noise air conditioner couldn't sleep, dirty carpet and bed covering, ugly window views. The bathroom are ok.

Good location ...but old and carpet of my room was so filthy..fue terrible!! I would never go back again!!

We are staying in this hotel during most of our visits to BsAs. Have tried other hotels but always coming back to the Wilton. It has the best value for us for the money spent.

A terrific value. Perfect location. Bus152 travels from San Telmo to Belgrano; stops a few feet from hotel. At least 10 good restaurants with in walking distance. A bit out dated, but clean and comfortable

Excellent hotel, very well located at Recoleta neighborhood, a few meters away from the subway (Callao Station). Very clean, excellent service and a very good breakfast.

The location was good, however the services and quality of the room were not good if you compare them with other hotels around the world with similar fees.

One of the issue is the hotel must improve the general condition: Mattresses, carpet, furniture and tub bath.

The location is great, the breakfast is very complete. The staff is very friendly. It's a very affordable good option

Great service and very affordable, beds didn't look compfy but we slept just fine, only complaint is the outdated look of the hotel, definitely needs renovation, other than that highly recommended

Hotel was very good, breakfast had an excellent choice, staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, everything was nearby. Only small gripe I have is with the cleaner, I left dirty towels to be changed, they just got folded up and put back to make it look like they had been changed. Tea and coffee facilities were there on the day I arrived, but not replenished any more the whole week I was there. As i said, only small, just a couple of things that I think should have been done

I liked everything but the gym. It is dated. Good place overall.

Placed in central BA, very convenient. the room is not up to par with the Hotel!!

I like the location covenient to public transportation the recoletta cemetery and lots of Cafe's and restaurants. But it is cuiet enough for a good night sleep however the furniture is bit tired. The breakfast buffet offers a good start for the day.

The staff is competent and friendly. The location is excellent. The room was clean. Breakfast ok Highly recommended if you have a limited budget.

Worst dumpster ever!!! nothing like the pictures, Extremely dirty and outdated, cockroaches inside bathroom, bathroom flooded , carpet was so old that you could not even see color, just stains over stains, walls have not being painted since the sixties, A/C overheated and no controls (and this was the best room, as the first given was even worse!!!), the air was stuffy and funky, smelled like mildew and bad breath all over the place, clerk as rude as it comes, worse experience ever, I felt like in one of those joe's flies motels in the movies. I travel all around the word and book over 100 nights a year on this site, but this hotel should be banned from hotels.com and any other site. Actually should be shut down.

The room with street window was ok except for the carpet that was very dirty. The room with back view didn't have kettle, tea, etc. The shower was very poor. The heating was unbearably hot and could not be reduced so we had to keep windows open. The day staff was not polite, the night staff was better. The exchange rate of dollars was very low.

Hotel is nice with good staff, service , amd breakfast. Hotel little aged, ned some refurbishing, but great location to city and Recoleta

The hotel it is ina great location however the rooms definitely need and update - dirty carpets- cigarette smelly rooms . I have nothing but praise tho for the stuff as they were nice and attentive also breakfast was great .
