People at the front desk were very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable with very comfortable bed. Free parking. We were on the first floor, but I was told there is no elevator to the second floor, on the stairs.

People rave about breakfast here. How can so many people be wrong? Minimal breakfast. Couldn’t find any cold water. They offered cold hard boiled eggs, no hot food except for waffles. One type of boxed juice which was a combination of orange and carrot. Yogurt. Some bread, not much variety there and that’s pretty much it as far as food goes. It’s great if you want to stuff yourself with unhealthy carbs, but that’s the best I can say about it. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was clean. When I went out for breakfast the man attending the front desk was looking at his phone and barely looked up to acknowledge me.

I stay two nights and the rooms were immaculate the whole place was very very clean I was very surprised it was a safe place I felt very safe easy to park very good dining options good breakfast this day was amazing

Nice place, no complaints about the hotel itself. Typical issues with other guests -- allowing doors to slam late at night... Just rude, discourteous, and obnoxious... The included breakfast was okay, the staff were polite and genial. I would stay here again if the need arose.

The facility is an older one that has been remodeled, just not as well as it should have been. The newer fixtures and decor really stood out compared to the things that hadn't been replaced. Workmanship looks like the owner was placing major attention on the budget, not the quality of work. When we entered the room we all immediately noticed a "smoky smell." It may be a cleaning product being used or some type of sanitizer being used, but it was quite malodorous. Satellite television...unbelievably slow to change a channel... Very cheap paper products provided. Quality-free comes to mind. The bathroom tub/shower had mold in several places. Checking-in was a bit tedious...language difference. Bed pillows so soft and mushy made sleep made going home to get a good notes rest a real focus. The parking lot could use a resurfacing to. Sorry for the underwhelming review but you asked me. It's always nice to be able to travel and maybe save a few $'s on a room, but not in this case.

This place is exceptional for the price. The rooms are clean and quiet. The hallways were wide and the place was nicely decorated.

The hotel had great parking, a modern breakfast area and updated hallways. It smelled and seemed clean. The room also seemed clean until I got to the bathroom. It was there that the tub grout had a lot of black mold. There were also spots on the walls of the shower enclosure that seemed like there could have been water issues. It was kind of gross and I did let the front desk know at checkout. She said she'd address it.

It was in a convenient location. No housekeeping for the three nights we were there. Trash not emptied, no fresh washcloths. Tub surround had pink mold in the corners. The breakfast had no protein choices except boiled eggs, and sausage gravy. Hard tiny biscuits.

The hotel was excellent in every way. It appeared to be recently remodeled. The room was very clean and nice. Carpet was new and beautiful. The breakfast included biscuits and gravy plus lots of choices. We will certainly stay there again as our boys do travel baseball.

I would love to give this a 4 star except no hot water for shower and no hair conditioner. Room was big, beds comfortable, plenty of pillows, place to put suitcases, sink in bathroom where it should be. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area was quiet. The room is a little small but it wasn’t a bed place for a 1 night stay.

The hotel itself was exceptional. Beds are comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy the 3 days we stayed.

Great clean and easy to travel from

Didn’t like the fact that it did not have an elevator. There was caked up urine around the base of toilet. There was hair in tub upon arrival. It appeared that no one did a quality check to ensure that it had been cleaned before check in time. The outside of the building and hallways were clean and smelled inviting.

The hotel staff were very helpful at trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. But that cannot fix the temperature/humidity issues in the rooms (at least the room we stayed in). Humidity built up in the room unless the HVAC was running constantly (set at 65 degrees), which meant we were living in an ice box. The humidity issues in the room led to mold and other cleanliness issues in the room and bathroom. I would not recommend staying here.

Fast, friendly check-in. Hallways bright and clean. Very comfy beds. Air-conditioning is very loud. Room smelled musty.

Very quiet and safe location. Bathtub could use some updating. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I would stay here again. Manager at check in and check out was very friendly. I appreciated their kindness.

Clean place, comfortable beds and quiet. Came in town for our daughter’s softball tournament. Used the gym and pool daily. Close to fields too.

Spacious modest rooms with table and chairs. The room decor needs some updating (wall murals of local university streets are odd). Although clean, it would also be more pleasant to have some art or interesting paint on hallway walls. The lobby and dining area appear to be newly renovated with very inviting furnishings. Nice personnel !

The morning staff was very responsive to getting additional items that had run out for the continental breakfast. The room was clean and it was quiet. I had a problem checking in because an associate had given our room to another person. I had prepaid and my name was on the room but this person's card was on there for incidentals. After assuring them several times that i did not know this person and requesting an available room, the associate gave me the keycard to that room and asked me to check if someone was in there. It was midnight. This was a bit unnerving as a traveling female knowing the potential person in the room was male and it was after midnight. I was able to hear a shower and did not knock on the door. After another 30 minutes of the associate trying to figure out what happened, he finally gave me a key to an unoccupied room. It seemed that they were more concerned with what happened and why at that time of night than to address it in the morning. It didn't make me feel very secure in my room since he was willing to give me another keycard room knowing it was very likely that someone was already in there. Also, they kept telling me it was lucky I prepaid even though i had reservations and called to let them know it would be a late check in. I hope this was just an usual circumstance and not their normal operation. Otherwise,

We loved this place! It was spotless and the staff were friendly. Lovely modern decor and comfy beds and nice breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Walls are super thin, so could hear everyone’s conversation and hard to fall asleep. Other than that, the hotel is nice, and find for a quick weekend stay. Staff was nice.
