Hotel was very clean, comfortable and gorgeous. only downfall was our family was looking forward to the slide above the pool area. it was closed the whole time we were there. disappointing

The resort atruim is gorgeous complete with pool and water slide. The pool is warm and clean. Water slide was fast but not too big. Definitely enjoyable for all abilities and ages .
The hotel atmosphere does great job at making feel like you are not in the city . Plenty of amenities complete with great restaurant and lots of shopping near by
Please note the water slide is open Friday - Sunday
which was disappointing as our days staying it was not open the whole time.

This hotel was nice - it was clean, the pool and hot tub are huge, and the balcony was very enjoyable. However, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the water slide is closed during the week.
We also had requested a late check out in the morning, to which they said yes, and then we got a call asking why we hadn't checked out yet. So front desk obviously does not communicate to each other. Minor issue, but annoying. The bathroom layout was crowded, too, to with a standing shower, separate bath tub, and toilet, and the sink in a separate part of the room.
Don't go to the hotel restaurant, it's awful.
Overall the hotel is nice, but not worth the price.

Lifeguards were not very attentive and let a lot of disruptive behaviour from older teens go.
Rooms are very old and outdated for the price.
Service at check in was very quick and professional.
The doors on the hotel rooms close very loudly and difficult to sleep through.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lamplighter Inn. The pool was fantastic, our kids enjoyed it so much. It was like a tropical vacation! The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. The room service from Shelly’s was excellent we really enjoyed the gyro burger!
We will definitely be returning for some more family fun!

The staff were friendly upon arrival. I booked 3 rooms for my family and I. My room the bed was broken and slid to one side and detached from the head board. Stains on the bedsheets. The pool was nice and the slide the kids enjoyed that. But they need to improve room cleanliness for sure.

Came to property hoping to go in pool and hot tub. Went down at 5pm and there were too many kids. There was also 2 birthday parties going on with kids running around eating and playing. Went down at 9pm and pool was still full. There should be a time where kids are not allowed. Very disappointing

It probably is old and junkie. If you use Expedia, you have no control over what the hotel charges. Don’t use Expedia to go direct to the hotel and then you have it handle your charges.
My devices don’t use this hotel. It’s not up to speed go to the Sheridan clean rooms, modern furniture just a lovely atmosphere.

Love the pool. This hotel is always busy, I recommend to book within 2 weeks. Super clean bathroom and room. It is also very spacious.

Workers smoking right in front of property entrances/exits. Starring my wife down making her uncomfortable. Kids werent allowed to use little slide at water park even if we went with them. Paid a lot of money for a night away to relax and this is what we got. Very unimpressed.
