The young lady at the desk was amazing. She was as helpful as she could be. That said, this property was run down. Our door wouldn’t unlock from the outside. She had to open our door for us when we first arrived bc the the key maker wouldn’t work correctly.

The receptionists when we checked in and out were both pleasant and helpful. The rooms are supposed to be smoke free but ours smelled like someone had been smoking in it. When the neighbors would be smoking outside the AC unit would draw it into the room. There were also dead bugs all over the room (bathroom, tv table, floor between the beds, etc).

Television was supposed to have closed caption it didn't and I am deaf. Couldn't get a hold of anybody in the at the front desk when I needed them in the evening. There was no toilet paper in my room!

Not a bad place but the swasticka carved into the furniture was a little concerning

Check in was fast and easy. Staff was very nice. Newer procedure/equipment caused our room to be double-booked, but problem was quickly corrected.

Customer service was on point. Staff was awesome. Room was amazingly homey feeling. 5 star stay!!

The room was extremely clean and in wonderful shape. The front office clerks were absolutely sweet and amazing and very welcoming and made me feel safe and secure considering I am a transgender woman proudly and that I feel that I could sleep and rest comfortably without no worries here at this establishment.

We stopped here for one night on a trip to Charlotte. The property is dirty. For $100 a night, I would expect at least a clean ice bucket and a roll of toilet paper. The comforter has a cigarette hole in it, and the room is old and gross. Do not recommend.

My room hadn’t been clean it was very dirty and customer service was terrible

It was apparent they were way understaffed. The young lady on duty was doing everything, cleaning rooms, answering calls, checking people in and out. The property needs some repair, paint, bathroom upgrade etc... the parking lot and driveway need repair.

The grounds felt extremely unsafe. Could not even walk up to the room.

I was not givin the superior room when i arrived. Room was in poor condtion with only 1 working light and dirty. After complaing about the ac not working i was offered another room that was still not the superior room that i purchased.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had a hotel. I went to check in at 10:30 pm and I was informed that my room wasn’t cleaned yet and that it would be a while. Standard check out times are 11 am.. the room should have been cleaned HOURS ago. As I’m waiting in my car, I’m watching them “clean” it and they are pulling sheets and towels out of a trash bag and setting them onto a dirty sidewalk/floor. They never changed the blanket. Once they “finish” I go in and inspect the room. Unsurprisingly, it’s filthy. The bathroom toilet still had dried up urine all over the rim. The floors weren’t cleaned. There was something brown in the shower, I don’t even want to know what that was.. It was disgusting. You could not pay me to sleep there, so I returned that key and told them no thanks, I’ll pass. Unfortunately due to the time, all over hotels in the area were already booked so we decided to cut our losses and take the risk and stay awake to continue driving home through the night for another 6 hours. It’s been two days now and I still have not received a refund! Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The toilet didnt flush properly but all other than that it was a pretty average stay, i would stay here again tbh

Neighbors played Mexican polka music until 1130 pm. Lobby wouldn't answer the phone, left a message. No call back, had to call the police.

Hidden behind other hotels and strip mall on a road full of potholes. Lobby was unlit and locked at 8 PM with a permanent(?) sign stating the staff were busy helping customers with a phone number to call. Staff member was polite and helpful. Exterior of building is peeling pain. Carpet in room had visible dirt. When sitting on toilet, it was obvious no effort had been made to clean behind the door. Sheets had dirty footprints on them. Room never warmed up and it was only in the 40s outside. Electrical sockets were so loose my phone charger wouldn't stay plugged in.

Our room was nice, clean with a new bed! I always use a white noise machine to curb outside Traffic noise and late night people talk, so we slept well.

We were afraid to be barefoot our socks are black with dirt there is a hole in the bathroom I think a fan is in it couldn’t tell through the dust and cobwebs

This was a very good stay. The staff was so sweet. Answered every question that we asked. The only thing I didn't like was how out of date the place looked and a lot of things didn't work properly

Towels and sheets were staind. Lamp shade had some weird stains and holes in the bathroom door. Shower curtain was disgusting.

Great stay for the one night I was there ! Super quiet, spread out from other guests, super dog friendly ! Blonde lady at the front desk was super sweet. Could use a dusting but other than that was perfect. Beds were super comfy as well

The staff at the property was very welcoming and helpful upon receiving a new last minute reservation from Expedia. I recommend saying at this red roof inn.

If you want to commit crimes, this is the place to be. If not, go somewhere else. Dusty tables, dried up condensation from drinks, busted up phones, stained and dirty sheets with holes. Who knows what other type of residue is left behind.

Clean, grass was mowed and there was no sharp glass on the ground. Dog was safe to use the bathroom.
