Javier the Maintenance guy went above and beyond to get me a new tv to play xbox on b/c the colors were messed up on the tv that was already in my room. Give this man a raise. I don't care if he only gets raises once a year make an exception. Yes you. You reading this.

Unfortunately I won’t be staying here again - I have stayed at this location frequently as do my family and friends based on my recommendation, but had an unfortunate experience during my stay last week and will not recommend going forward. While reading in my room, there was a loud knock on the door - when I answered the door, a man stating he was security somewhat aggressively asked if I had been smoking in the room. I said I had not and did not smoke to begin with. He then asked again with the same tone and I again said no and asked where this was coming from. He said a call was received for someone smoking in my specific room number - I found this to be implausible as it was unlikely someone would be able to pinpoint a room and also because, in the 2 hours I had spent in the room, I heard zero foot traffic or anyone entering or exiting rooms in my hall. I pointed out there wasn’t even a smoke smell. He said they were required to follow up (which is understandable) but then asked me to confirm a third time that I wasn’t smoking in the room. His tone was unsettling and the multiple times asking was completely inappropriate given the lack of any smoke smell, appearance of smoke, etc. I also noted he did not knock on any other doors before or after which would have been expected if he believed someone may have been smoking in that hallway. I felt very uncomfortable the remainder of the evening. I travel a lot for work and vacations and have never had an experience like that.

Front desk staff awesome, pool clean and rooms very comfortable.

Expecting maid service or at least towel exchange. Did not get either. No explanation as to why no service.

This would have been a very nice hotel if not f one detail: somehow they managed to lose their hot water supply on a Saturday morning. The front desk staff and, I take it, the day shift manager (none of them introduced themselves) explained that the water was “just reset” and did not care to take it any further. Moreover, the water was still cold 20 minutes after that “conversation.” To each their own, but for me lack of hot water makes a hotel unusable.

Great place near ABE airport. Always a go-to when we pass through the area.

We had a nice stay at this property. Just a few notes. On our day of cleaning, we were not left any toilet paper. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working. The pool was not heated. And the laundry room was not working. The breakfasts were very good. And the staff was very friendly.

There was nothing unique about the property. What was bad was that the pool was not heated. They turned it on, but it was still cold. It would be very uncomfortable for senior citizens to swim in this.

Everything was fine except for the pool. The heater was broken, so a sign said the water might be cooler than normal; but when we decided to go anyway; the doors were locked and the pool was completely closed. Otherwise; it would have been a 5 star experience. The breakfast especially; was most excellent.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The cleanliness of the room was not great. The room had a musty smell and the floor felt damp. The bathroom floor was sticky. There was no conditioner in the shower.

Great clean hotel to stay at. Breakfast was great and they even had food to go to make it convenient. Definitely will stay here again

We were only in town for one night for a wedding. The hotel was quite nice and clean. Great breakfast options included the next morning. Simple check-in and checkout. No complaints. Also comfortable beds.

Pleasant room, hotel conveniently located. Not happy with bathroom cleanliness, especially tub/shower.

We staued 2 nights. No towels in room when we arrived. No housekeeping service provided. The light over the sink was burned out. We reported, but it was not repaired by the time we checked out.

Shout out to housekeeping staff. This place was clean, with spotless rooms. Nice flowers all around outside. Cute courtyard. We’d definitely go here again.

We were given a sub=standard queen room designed for handicapped guests. The bed was not a regulation sized queen (smaller) anf the shower had no lip so a wheelchair could roll into it but it did leave the bathroom floor awash with water. The manager claimed he had to give us that room based on what your company putthrough with the reservation. Either way, I will never use hotels .com or Hampton Inns again!
