Location, breakfast was good.

Seemed short staffed, had to wait for front desk for 15 minutes to check in. Beds were not comfortable.

The staff was friendly breakfast was excellent

Need to upgrade their breakfast options and the TV size and the HVAC units

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great.

I found the location hard to find in the dark…even with my gps . I also found the front entrance to be a bit odd. You had to walk down a short hallway and the front desk was ‘tucked’ beside the hallway and the elevator was right there too. The architect did a poor job of room flow. Our particular room was stuffy and warm. We set the heat on 69 thinking that would be good for a December night. . On night 2 we turned the AC on and slept much better.

I didn't have breakfast but, I had a great stay.

The room was kind of hot. I couldn't adjust the thermostat.

Tony at the front desk was very friendly and he was working a 17 hr shift .....he was great at 3 pm and the same the next morning at 7 am

We had 2 rooms, they had a strong musky odor. Rooms were clean but that smell. I think it's the air conditioning units..

The shower was not accessible and the toilet was so low and old

Lobby was a little small.

The staff was always pleasant when entering and exiting the hotel. The staff during breakfast hours were happy and pleasant. The room was smaller than anticipated but it was clean. Didn’t have any complaints. The hotel was clean throughout. It is about 15 minutes away from Dorney Park (the reason for our trip). There were lots of malls, restaurants, movie theatre, and stores in the near vicinity.

The pool was closed for a large part of our stay. I chose this hotel for that reason because my daughter is a mermaid and loves to be in a pool whenever on vacation. She was able to enjoy it for a bit when it was open, however, I’m assuming another guest was throwing a pool party and there were so many grown kids (teenagers) who were not mindful of my small daughter swimming and were so close to almost hitting her (with themselves or the football they were playing with). The location was okay. I overheard planes flying over our hotel early in the morning and late at night.
