Location- sort of isolated

Clean, new facility, big room, a lot of space, friendly staff, continental breakfast was pretty good, pool hours are great from 5:00am till 10:00pm.

Pool was not very clean

The breakfast offered a lot of options. The room was really clean. The front desk person gave us the option of what floor we wanted and proximity to the elevator which was thoughtful. The 24 hour free coffee and hot chocolate is also a big bonus.

Since I have to eat a gluten free diet the eggs, yogurt, and fruit were all that I could have. I will say that the premade "omlette" was not good. It did not taste like eggs. The green motion sensor light in the room was a slight problem. Any time one of us moved in the bed the bright green light came on.

New property was clean

It’s definitely not soundproof: you can hear every step people above your room, or someone playing guitar while being in the bathroom. Poor breakfast

My husband and I stayed one Saturday night on our way to Blue Mountain Ski Resort. We had a king suite. Excellent stay! Well-appointed kitchen with all you need to cook (we did not cook). Huge space, comfortable king bed, quiet end of the hall room. Non-smoking hotel smelled clean and looked new. Excellent free breakfast in the morning, typical offerings like waffle maker, cereal, bagels, etc. Coffee was a 10! Very well organized. We saw many families with kids using the pool, people were using the gym. Staff were super friendly.

Love it!! The hotel Very cleaned, and the room is big with good facilities inside. The swimming pools are heated nice during the winters.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. I have back issues and the mattress was great and didn't cause me pain.

There was a weird smell in the hallway on the second floor. We thought someone was smoking or vaping, but it never got any better. Overall not a big deal though.

I like this hotel very much because it is so clean and housekeeping is fabulous. The front desk man was excellent service and easy to communicate with . We felt extremely comfortable. My friend and I have four children. They are so happy and enjoying the swimming pool. The Staff are really nice and frank. The only woman that looks arrogant and but she looks like doesn't care but I don’t mind if she was checking out desks with a guy. cuz we had a good time in the hotel. She can communicate politely with customers and it will be beneficial for the hotel. Thank you all so much for comforting the service and free environment. I want to be a member of this hotel and we enjoyed breakfast so much . It was wonderful .

Nothing is perfect ! I don’t have to any word. Wonderful service and I like most of the housekeepers.

Everything seemed designed to make our stay convenient and stress-free, such as the space to put clothes in the room, plenty of towels, sofa bed, kitchenette, coffee/tea available in lobby, and included breakfast. Really appreciated how this hotel seemed to think of everything we might need!

It was very spacious and clean, we had a kitchen and had everything we needed and more. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Lots of options.

A bit pricey but then again it was a large room with all the commodities. Bad wifi couldn’t watch any videos.

The pool wasn’t open
