Stay was great. Room very clean. The only minus is that we asked for clean towels at the front desk twice and each time they were not in our room by nighttime both times. First time they were brought up after we asked a second time. The second time we had to go to the front desk to get them.

Very nice, room unfortunately was next to a rain drain. It rained very hard 1 night and the drain noise was loud in the room. Should of brought ear plugs my bad.
The location was excellent for everything, dining, driving, close to restaurants and shops and the casino.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s the first hotel I’ve ever seen with a full fridge, dishwasher, cupboards and drawers full of dishes to use, and a mini stove. I was so impressed by everything and the great price of the room too. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a Hotel, the pillows at Hotel's are usually awful but this Candlewood Suites bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was clean and everything was as it should be. Highly recommend this Hotel, I give them ***** Stars!

Absolutely love this hotel! Always stay here when we come to Bethlehem. This year went to Oktoberfest at the steel stacks and it was perfect location! Only a 5 minutes Uber ride.

Everything was great except the unpleasant smell in the whole way on the third floor on 9/17. Not sure where it was coming from, but the whole hallway smelled. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is excellent. As soon as you walk into the lobby, it smells fresh and clean and you are warmly greeted by the staff behind the desk. There is fresh water with cucumbers or lemons to sip as you wait for your room key.
The rooms are large and well supplied, sheets and towels are fresh and clean and the beds are comfortable.
While it is not at a walkable location for Bethlehem, it is a short drive to all the delicious restaurants downtown.
As a Lehigh parent to a student athlete, it has become our home away from home for game weekends!

The staff was AMAZING and was so accommodating and polite. Free Laundry services with machines in good condition, the halls were clean and the cleaning staff was very polite and always out in rooms or the shared spaces. Highly recommend.

I made my reservation and fully paid before my visit. Upon arriving I was refused because they would not accept my card for an incidentals deposit. This is a valid physical card and I was refused my stay late at night and in turn had no where to go. I am still waiting on my refund. Terrible experience.

The hotel has a different policy regarding virtual cards that was not stated anywhere when I booked my room. It wasn't until I went to check in that I found out that they would not take my card or cash. Luckily I had access to another option otherwise I would have charged for not cancelling my room in advance with no where to stay while 4 hours from home. You should not accept cards for reservations that will not be accepted on site.
