Our stay started out a little rocky due to the front desk staff not making an effort to accommodate me initially. Eventually, she found a way to accommodate me and my fear of getting on the elevator. Overall, the hotel was really nice with beautiful decor! The casino was nice and i loved the fact that i could order free drinks from my slot machine! There was a mall attched and lots of dining options.

While the hotel was great we ended up checking out the same day and not spending the night. There were a lot of young children being loud running in the halls and their room. This was our first night away from our own kids in literally ten years. The front desk lady at check out didn’t care when I told her why we were leaving. The hotel was nice but we were looking for a nice, quiet private evening.

The building is huge and a long way from the casino and long walks from some rooms to the elevators. Very clean, friendly staff. The pillows were all way too soft, for us anyway. Other than the couple starting a huge, extremely loud argument from 1:30 until after 4 am the stay was good

It was “fine”. They have done some upgrades since I was there last. I opted to stay there so my kids would have access to a pool however when I checked I was informed the pool was under construction. I explained to the reception attendant that was the only reason I had chose to stay at this property. They seemed unaffected and unapologetic. I feel as though I paid a premium for an amenity that not only was unavailable, the facility was aware that the amenity was unavailable when I booked. Overall, this isn’t a place to stay with family.

We stayed the night here for a concert. This place is amazing. It was so convenient to be able to eat and stay here right after the show. Staff were all friendly. Just a great overall experience!

Wonderful hotel very centrally located to all. The staff was great, we took advantage of the Spa which was very relaxing. The Casino portion was also great.

Me and my sister-in-law were attending an event in the Wind Creek event center. The front desk was not staffed sufficiently, so there was a wait to get checked in to our room. Okay, things happen, and we had a couple hours before the show. Then we get to the room, and the TV is not working. I called them immediately and they said they would send somebody up. I called again about a half hour later, and once again they said they would let the staff know. More than two hours later no one had come to service the TV, and we had to leave for the show. We get back to the room after the show, and called again. Waited over half an hour, and as you can imagine, we were tired and just wanted to rest, but I sleep with the TV on. Called one last time, and the guy came about 20 minutes after we called. As if the inconvenience wasn’t enough in terms of having to call several times, and then coming back to the room and having to call again, it literally took the tech two minutes to fix (one of the wires was crossed) and he took care of it. The tech was very polite and friendly. It just seemed to me that they are understaffed.

A standard room at Wind Creek is nice. Very much a standard hotel room. It's spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We arrived two hours after the check-in time and still had to wait an hour for our room to be ready.

Really decent casino and hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom was clean, but nothing luxurious. Not much going on at night other than the casino, but the casino floor as good with a nice balance of reasonably priced table games ($10, $15, $25+) and slots. If there is an event in the area, I honestly would rather stay here than a local hotel

Fantastic for sure..Enjoyed ourselves immensely.Room was great.Rented a scooter for mom made it so much more easy for her to get around. Thank you Wind Creek

Tried to leave at 6:00am. No valet service available. They showed up at about 6:05. In all the hotels I have stayed in I have never had this happen👎

Terrific hotel! Comfortable beds. Saw the Skillet concert and having a room right there was great. I made the mistake of getting a smoking room and what a mistake it was. Room smelled horrible. But again, it was a smoking room. They did mention they could clean the room for me again. Which there was no need. Very friendly staff and all. Would definitely stay again!
