The staff was rude, we had to change rooms three times because they gave us the wrong one and the other one was dirty. The breakfast was just cold boiled eggs so we had to find a diner. Anyway they wanted to charge us for it when is was supposed to be included. Also we had to pay for parking. The bed was so uncomfortable and the doors were so noisy so we couldn't sleep. We asked for an extra blanket but it never came so we had to go and get it.

No microwave in rooms, drains back up (room 343), air conditioning does not cool off the room unless you turn it way down to like 56! Prob just needs serviced. Parking should not cost anything as the rooms are not cheap. Breakfast (not even continential) isnt included. I always thought that it was better for the business to book direct, which is what i tried to do, but when i called the hotel to see if they would match booking.com, the staff was extremely rude snd said, no, book it through the 3rd party site …so thats what I did.

They held $100 on your bank account for incidentals and then upcharged $15 for an hour early check in. And then you pay and additional $5 a night for your car to be parked in the parking lot while your stay in their hotel. Kind of a redundant charge if your ask me. You have to park in their lot while your stay there to sleep in a hotel room you paid for. I mean seriously.....

room had no tables or chairs. we were told no rooms had tables or chairs. bed was very close to the wall, no room to climb into bed and no night table. very uncomfortable and checked out 3 days early.

That the 100.00 incidental fee isn't told in advance or during booking. The pool filter was down so the pool was unavailable. That should have been communicated.

The location, the customer service, the place is very clean.

Got a king size bed it was more like full size! Pool water was way to cold! Balcony pictures was not accurate at all! Waste of money I'm so upset!!!! Old stuff was still left on the balcony

The hotel has an internal rule that will cancel your reservation after 1:30AM if you have not arrived, the front desk person admitted that such rule was not communicated to the customer in advance nor disclosed when booking it online. The staff refuse to give me the room even when i pre-paid everything in full and refuse to give my money back. It is ROBBERY!!!
