The Staff was so friendly. I got to pick our 4 items for the VIP status. They maintain their rooms and are currently updating items. Rooms are very clean and although there items could be seen as dated from a aesthetic perspective all of it was very well maintained. Staff also very educated, pleasant and went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience.

Really nice place near highway but very rural and quiet

A south Asian lady at the front desk was not professional, and not made me feel like friendly. Not sure why she asked me to sign an agreement for only one night stay, and also required to put the password for my credit card for just $100 pre-authorization. By the way, I'm very satisfied with the rest staff.

This was the most disgusting stay I have ever had. I have a huge rash on my back from bugs in the bed. I didn’t sleep. There was what looked like puke on the side of the mattress cover. There was hair everywhere and a nasty used soap bar in the shower with hair on it. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem concerned. I have no idea how this place had a decent rating. The check in front desk person was wonderful but that was the only good thing. The person this morning was terrible.

The hotel was lovely. The lobby was well appointed. Breakfast was set up very nice in the restaurant. It was very inviting. The rooms were very nice. However, the beds were supposed to be queen but were only double. Wverything else was perfect!

We needed a room fir the night as everyone was booked up and they went out of the way to help us the rooms are very clean and ready to feel comfortable in the smell was pleasant and a clean smell and everything was nice and customer service was great.

We were greeted by the nicest, most helpful woman when checking in. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed a convenient, delicious meal at the adjoining Italian restaurant.

Everything about the Best Western in London, Ontario, is perfect. We were greeted warmly by the desk clerk upon arrival. Our room, our bed, all of it was welcoming and relaxing. Dinner in the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Our server, Lexi, is a total gem. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, plentiful, and far superior to any other chain hotel’s breakfast. The breakfast staff were so kind and efficient.

This place is in the middle of nowhere but it’s a beautiful place. It looks very high end. The staff was wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Exceptionally clean rooms A great breakfast with eggs bacon sausage pastry fruit. I’ll book again if I’m ever in the area.

Front desk clerk kept calling me”my dear “ which was inappropriate. The toilet took a long time to stop running. I have short hair and there was just enough shampoo for me leaving none for my husband. Everything else okay.

Excellent customer service. Room was clean. Issues with the toilet (that were attended too in a timely fashion).

Please be aware that the staff and management have no regard for unavoidable situations. My family and I were planning on going home through Niagara Falls from Detroit. My husband was supposed to have brought our passports and the kids birth certificates. But with trying to pack for a ten day trip and get our sons equipment around for his bowling championship he forgot. We did not realize that until 2 hours after I had booked this hotel for the next night. After calling the hotel and explaining the situation to the front desk person Alonso he was very unsympathetic. When I asked to speak to a manager he said no one else was there and they would as well do nothing. I then contacted Expedia who understood and pleaded with the hotel to refund our money. When they had no luck I then contacted the Best Western corporate office they contacted the upper management office and was told absolutely under no circumstances would they refund our money. I cannot believe that a business could be so uncaring.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Property was clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed. Beds were very comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend.
