The property is clean and that’s what we’re looking for. Bonus is the included breakfast water, coffee, ice and chair and towels for the beach. We didn’t use chairs or towels but thought it was a nice addition. Very short walk to beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Room is small but has all the essentials and is clean. We would go back when we are visiting south beach next time. Employees are also very helpful and friendly

Hotel was great. Excellent location, super super clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Close to the beach, they have complimentary chairs and towels. Breakfast was beyond expectations. You can tell that the staff really take pride in what they do. If this hotel had a pool, it would be perfect.

Nice friendly family style hotel with and absolutely excellent location just 1 block away from Ocean drive and the beach. We will definitely come back for more stays in this perfect hotel for us.

Bed was great. Needs a remodel. Would be nice if there was a small desk available in the room. Phone didn't work. Breakfast nothing like the pictures...

Excellent! We actually had to change our accommodations in the middle of our trip and ended up at the Shepley and we are very glad with the decision we made! We’ll be back. We were particular fans of Gus and the evening hours staff :-)

Was a great location. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. The room was large and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Amazing little boutique hotel. Outside was a little interesting, as it looks “outdated”, but once you got inside, everything was picturesque. We were only there for one night before our cruise, but would love to stay again and enjoy the Miami Beach and South Beach areas for a longer stay.

Hotel is beautiful, staff were awesome and very clean. ONLY downside was there is no parking on premises. We parked on COLLINS 450ft from Hotel.

This gorgeous hotel along with the amazing staff Roy & Gus made my family’s Miami experience memorable with their welcoming hospitality. The rooms were very clean. Beach towels and chairs were also provided when we wanted to go enjoy the beach. I look forward to taking another trip and staying at this hotel!

Like art deco building, constant power cuts to building ( one went on all night) fire alarm went off for no reason - thinks the whole building needs attention to ensure its safe

This was our first time visiting Miami and we were ecstatic to book our stay at the Shepley. We loved the art deco style of the hotel, its charm and decor. The location couldn't be beat as it was within walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, tour group pick-up locations and the beach.
We did find the smell of the hotel quite pungent (it had a pine-deodorant smell that was overwhelming). I was sure if I'd be able to stand it as I'm sensitive to smells. Lastly, it would have been nice to have more hooks, a drying line in the shower, and more counter space in the bathroom.
