Food service is excellent and got 4 star rate. Breakfast is awesome. But everythig else is either 2.5 or 3 star. Beds are not at all comfortable. Rooms are very small or does not meet 4 star standards. Hotel rating is exaggerated.

This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived closer to 10 pm and the rooms and staff were not waiting for us. They messed up the names who stays in which room too. They couldn't offer food either till breakfast. The electric outlet is not safe, it gave sparks and the chargers are hanging out from the outlets and look unsafe.

The property is so beautiful, the staff was amazing and the food delicious. The rooms are clean, beautiful but my only complain is the noise. My first stay was a room on the ground floor that I didn’t liked, the noise was bad. The second stay was better but even on the 4th floor still heard some noise from …somewhere. Overall it’s an amazing place and I recommend it if they can give you a quiet room.

The hotel was amazing The front staff was attentive and extremely helpful. They helped with reserving airport transportation, restaurant reservations and answering general questions. The rooms were large, clean and had all necessary supplies. The food and courtyard areas were well maintained and inviting.

Great place to stay in central Cusco. Literally minutes from the central square. Easy access to food, shopping and ATMs. Service was impeccable. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff were incredibly rude to me when I invited a friend from a different hotel over to plan for our trip the next day to Macchu Picchu. They insisted I could not have anyone in the hotel without them scanning their passport, and said since I only had “1 person” listed on the room that meant that nobody else could ever enter. This is unheard of for any hotel I’ve ever been to across 25 different countries. It seemed very homophobic and disingenuous. Do not recommend that you stay here.
