We were double charged for the room Still trying to get this resolved with the bank

The room was very clean! I like the size of the TV. However, the phone did not work which we needed to use for service and the radio clock wasn't working which we use to keep up with the time. The room above us had kids so they jumped and ran all night and we could hardly sleep. The best part about this stay was the cleanliness of the room!

Terrible experience had to check out a day early because the room had lots of roaches

I was very pleased with the professional customer service we received. We were greeted promptly and made feel welcome. I was very surprised of the security deposit required at check-in. This was not explained doing booking. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the TV was so small, breakfast was the usual fare. I'd recommend this hotel.

The room served it’s purpose. The carpet was a little dirty. The shower was small. I personally don’t like they don’t wash the top comforter. The breakfast was basic.

Room was not vacuumed. fixtures in bathroom hanging off the wall.

The computer was down when I was trying to check in, but that happens. The friendly and awesome lady at the desk made up for my wait time. She was very courteous and respectful. That is the kind of service that you can not find everywhere you go. We will be staying there again when we visit Charlotte.

checked in and the front desk night shift manager was rude. Got to my room and it was so smelly it was un bareable. complained and she handed me carpet fress and told me I could come back for the vacuum. I had no choice but to stay. so unloaded everything. She comes and gets me and demanded her air freshner and advised she would put me in a hand cap room. I said dang wish i had known before unloading. She rudely said well you complained and asked to move. I advised oh i def want to move. We get in the room dr hangle broke on bathroom door. shower wand has duck tap. At this point i have no options. So my go to front desk and ask for blankets and sheets for the sleep sofa. She states oh we dont give those out and I have no more anyway. Then next morning i go to make coffee and there is part of the coffee maker missing. Go to front desk again and get told we cant help you with it now. House keeping manager did all she could to fix this. I get home and find out the charged my credit card rather than pending it for depost. I have continusly called the property to be told no manage on property, left on hold for 30 mins conferneced a second call for the front desk person to tell me Oh i was finishing my work. She has no clue when there will be a manager.
