It was amazing. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Happy to see the place is clean and everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

Our stay here was very nice. We stayed for 4 nights. The staff delivered new towels and water every day, and cleaned the room after our 3rd night. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options. Perfect add on. Our only challenge, was when checking out and trying to get to the airport, the valet staff told us they could get us a car for $45 flat. When the car arrived, we got in, and as we drove away, the driver was not aware of this agreement, and instead was going to charge by the meter, with a $20 rate just to get in. We ended up getting out of the car and called an uber. Waiting for the driver and the need to get another car delayed us by 30 min, which almost made us miss our flight. This part of the experience was not pleasant. I would suggest not taking any suggested drivers from the hotel for this reason.

Booked 5 rooms for my family waiting for a cruise the next day. Location is great, but 1 room was filthy and 1 room was right next to the elevator which was super noisy all night long. Rooms are very small with the bathroom being the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room. Would stay if I had to again, but would definitely try and find some place else first.

Good stay but still waiting for my $150 pre authorisation deposit 2 weeks and counting, other hotels in the area I got back within 2 days .. oh and customer service really bad

Excellent location, walking distance from Ocean Blvd restaurants, Espanola Way, Lincoln shopping, etc. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and respectful. Great breakfast buffet! We loved Henry in the service desk as he was very easy going, friendly customer service, helpful in every question we had. My friend and I for sure will be coming back to this hotel on our next trip to Miami.

A great stay at the President Hotel. Nice breakfast and pool at sister hotel next door. Two free drinks were included. Henry checked us in and was a great help to us. Kevon helped us with our luggage and stored it away before and after we checked in and out - which was convenient. Nice and friendly staff. Great location a block away from Espanola Way and Ocean drive. The hotel suggested city and boat tour and it was totally worth it - going to Little Havana and nice boat tour of the affluent houses in Miami Beach.

At my stay between 6-7 of Nov. there was no wi-fi service. Your employee at the front desk the night of my stay was not helpful. I requested a soap and he said he would take it to my room. Never delivered it. Was not as clean and nice as depicted in the photos. Would like to get an adjustment in my bill
